"An exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"I was a little timid at the beginning, given the various negative reviews, but I can completely lie all. Perfect, clean and comfortable room. Therefore, the structure is in the centre comfortable for any needs. Alexander was very kind from the beginning to the end. I would like to be very happy to stay in this building! We will certainly come back."

"Very simple and a bit outdated hotel. The location is central, they also provide free underground parking garage, which is very convenient. The bathroom is small, the shower is a plastic box, too small to turn around. Try to set a sea view room, it is much brighter than the ordinary room, much more pleasant. Breakfast is in the basement, Canteen style, everything is simple, you won't want to spend time here and enjoy it slowly. Coffee is authentic Italian.
In short, it is a convenient place to sleep well."

"The receptionist man was extremely helpful in directing us where to park and moved our 2 heavy luggages up the staircase to 2nd floor.
The buffet breakfast was extremely well served, even with Prosecco. The restaurant was facing the garden which was so comfortable under the beautiful weather. The room was very cleaned and professionally equipped with all amenities.
The building was a heritage building with lots of art pieces to admire. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here."

HHayley PheifferWe had a fabulous one night stay here before our early morning flight the next day. We were greeted by the friendliest of hosts who made us settle in quickly. Really good communication throughout.
We managed to find parking a few mins walk away that only cost a few euros (free after 8pm) The room was very clean, simple decor and a fridge with some complimentary cold waters and a coke which was a lovely generous touch.
Bathroom was perfect for our needs. Clean with fresh towels.

TV with netflix which pleased our teenage son.
Apartment had amazing views from the balcony!
When asked, the lovely hosts recommended the most amazing pizzeria for dinner.
Location - easy to walk around and close to many bars and restaurants. Cagliari is such a beautiful city.
Would highly recommend staying here.

YYeajung ChoiHost was perfect. I felt host was trying best us to enjoy Sardegna. Reconmendations for the restaurants was so thankful. And shower gel scent was good. Also looking nightview in terrace was good. We could dry our clothes in terrace. Also there is coffee machine and capsules. Not common in europe.
Early check in wasnt possible but there is other way to handle. I would like to book here again.

GGuest UserChaotic check-in and extremely rude staff. We were falsely accused of refusing to pay the hotel tax and this caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The staff member was aggressive throughout our one-night stay. We regret booking here and would not recommend it.

PPatrik TomanovicWell we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

GGuest UserYou get what you pay for. Has all the basics, no frills. Staff friendly and assisted with my case as there is no lift.
TV remote was temperamental, reported this and was told I would be getting a replacement the next day, no replacement forthcoming but wasn’t a big deal as only Italian channels.
Coffee machine in the room was pre-filled with water but coffee pods have to be purchased separately.
The wash basin had cracks, the shower was initially hit but soon went quite cool almost cold. The white bath towel had marks on it!
The double bed was made up from 2 single mattresses which were not adjoined therefore, mid sleep the two parted company by some 6 inches .The street is reasonably quiet evening time however, early morning sees the nearby businesses empty the previous evening empty bottles into the bin directly positioned below my room. There is also a school nearby where the little ones gather waiting for the doors to open, the excited chatter didn’t bother me but it might some people.
Great location for good shops/restaurants/cafes, train and buses and easy walk to the beautiful Marina.
