SSimonVery tidy and clean:
Superbly fitted rooms.
Staff attentive and excellent breakfast- one of the best breakfasts in our 1 month trip.
Don’t be put off by the entrance which is hard to find at first.
I am sure next time I visit that they will probably be occupying the ground floor too.

HHayley PheifferWe had a fabulous one night stay here before our early morning flight the next day. We were greeted by the friendliest of hosts who made us settle in quickly. Really good communication throughout.
We managed to find parking a few mins walk away that only cost a few euros (free after 8pm) The room was very clean, simple decor and a fridge with some complimentary cold waters and a coke which was a lovely generous touch.
Bathroom was perfect for our needs. Clean with fresh towels.
Complimentary WiFi
TV with netflix which pleased our teenage son.
Apartment had amazing views from the balcony!
When asked, the lovely hosts recommended the most amazing pizzeria for dinner.
Location - easy to walk around and close to many bars and restaurants. Cagliari is such a beautiful city.
Would highly recommend staying here.

PPayer07T Hotel is a typical business-oriented hotel, well suited for corporate travelers, conferences, and short stays. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are adequate, and the overall experience is generally satisfactory.
However, I would recommend avoiding the hotel during peak periods, especially when large conferences or events are taking place. During these times, the property can become extremely crowded, which negatively impacts the guest experience.
The breakfast service is the area that most needs improvement. While the selection is acceptable, the breakfast area struggles to cope with high occupancy levels. When the hotel is full, the dining room becomes noisy, chaotic, and overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed start to the day. Better organization and additional staffing during busy periods would significantly enhance the experience.
Overall, T Hotel is a decent business hotel, but it performs best outside peak conference seasons, when guests can enjoy a quieter and more comfortable stay.

PPatrik TomanovicWell we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

YYeajung ChoiHost was perfect. I felt host was trying best us to enjoy Sardegna. Reconmendations for the restaurants was so thankful. And shower gel scent was good. Also looking nightview in terrace was good. We could dry our clothes in terrace. Also there is coffee machine and capsules. Not common in europe.
Early check in wasnt possible but there is other way to handle. I would like to book here again.

GGolden handshakerLocation was great. Parking wasn’t. Air conditioning at night wasn’t working well. Awkward check in desk location. Mattress was good, but the slightest movement on the bed and it felt unstable.

FFrancescaI was a little timid at the beginning, given the various negative reviews, but I can completely lie all. Perfect, clean and comfortable room. Therefore, the structure is in the centre comfortable for any needs. Alexander was very kind from the beginning to the end. I would like to be very happy to stay in this building! We will certainly come back.
