"A fantastic hotel in the very center of Pescara. Right next to the bus stop (from the airport) and at the bus stop to other parts of the city and around Pescara. Very friendly atmosphere at the reception, tasty and plentiful breakfasts, two elevators, wide corridors, beautiful views from the windows on the upper floors. Entry via card. Also to the hotel at night. Very close to the center and the promenade with numerous restaurants. A great cafe opposite. The sea is 10-15 minutes walk. You can leave your luggage close to the reception. I recommend"

"We were without a car and then this B&B is very far from the center. You come through a nice climbing road! There was only a bus line that way. Felisia was very friendly but a B&B shared with the residents is not our thing. The air-conditioning was not good. The fan did nothing and the room was tight. The bathroom was in the hall and is being modernized. Small shower cabin. No glasses to clean teeth. It smoked a bit strange in the bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable. It's a pity we didn't have coffee in the room, there were tea bags, the balcony was nice but very noisy, in short, loved people, but only interesting if they were in car."

"Lo staff e tutto il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Siamo arrivati prima e ci hanno accolti comunque. La posizione centralissima. Colazioni molto buone dal dolce al salato e abbiamo anche avuto la colazione pronta prima di partire presto la mattina. C'è la possibilità di noleggiare le bici, il che consigliamo fortemente perché gli spostamenti col bus o a piedi richiedono molta fatica :))) torneremmo volentieri, GRAZIE!"

"I WAS IN PESCARA FOR THE 2024 WORLD SKATE GAMES FOR SPEED SKATING AND THE HOTEL WAS RIGHT AT THE HEART OF ALL THE EVENTS FOR THE WEEKEND RIGHT AT THE START FINISH LINE AND STAGE FOR CEREMONIES. THE STAFF AT THE DESK WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND HELPFUL TO OUR NEEDS. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. DINNER SERVICE AT THE RESTURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR HAD SLOW BAD SERVICE BUT THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. I RATE THIS SEPERATE FROM THE HOTEL. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN."
