"We had a great stay here. The room was wonderfully spacious, with a separate living room area that gave us plenty of space. Everything was simple, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. The absolute best part, however, was the location—it's just a quick three-minute walk to the famous local swimming spot, which was incredibly convenient."

"Very good location at the same price, very close to the business district and the church square. The rooms are very spacious, very different from those cramped hotel rooms. It is more suitable for the whole family to travel together. The breakfast is very rich, and it is not compliant with a five-star hotel. If the check out is too early, the hotel will prepare a take away breakfast in advance. The only thing to note is that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. If you arrive too late, it is best to greet the hotel in advance."

"Very cozy public space, with breakfast, free access to coffee, tea bags and cakes, the living room has a balcony for chatting and ventilation, the bathroom has shower gel (can wash hair), and it is spacious, large enough for yoga, and there is another bathroom balcony on the 3rd floor for drying clothes. In short, it is very comfortable and close to attractions and bus stops. At this price, it is very good value, but it's a pity that I only stayed for one night this time!"

"The room was very comfortable. I had a room all to myself on the floor, so I didn't have to worry about soundproofing at all. The location was excellent, right near the beach. There was also a kitchen and a balcony where you could wash and dry your clothes. The bathroom facilities were great! I highly recommend this room! However, you must check out at 10:30 PM, and there's no daily cleaning, which is like a guesthouse, but it doesn't detract from the wonderful experience! The service was excellent; they proactively helped with my luggage and even called a taxi for me."

"The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from both the train station and the bus terminal, and about 10 minutes from Ortigia Island. I arrived from Taormina and made a day trip to Noto during my stay. After Syracuse, I went to Palermo, and this location was very helpful. The staff are warm and have a homely atmosphere. The facilities are old, but the hot water was good and the room wasn't cold, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again next time."

The trouble is getting inside the main front door No door bell No reception No one onsite No phone number to call No instructions after booking (other than go to the reception once inside the main front door 🤷🏻♂️) Has potential to be a great place to stay though"

"Very good, it is an old five-star hotel. It is better if you choose a room facing the sea view. The hotel is very close to the ancient city. It is a five-minute walk and there is a parking lot at the door. It is very convenient."
