The attitude towards Asians is indifferent and weak, and there is no patience. The Chinese do not recommend living in the hotel. The people in each link of the hotel were very bad. They did not account for the accounts after they charged. They repeatedly asked the Asians and asked us to provide a payment voucher. After seeing my voucher, I did not express any apology.

cozy place. perfect for short stay when u have connecting flight of layover. its was 2 mins to airport. if you take taxi you had to pay for €20 so better contact the hotel for shuttle they charge for €5 only. you can walk during the day but 15 mins and there is high way. so if you plan to walk goin there just dont hahah. but room and place is spacious. good buffet breakfast even the bar is perfect.

Hotel clean and tidy. Rooms big and confy bed. Breakfast good and with a lot of options sweet and savoury. No boiler in the room but vending machines on the floor level. Also tea and coffee vending machine present on the ground floor. The hotel is very near by the bus stop to go to terninal one and two. Also the hotel has a private shuittle to go to terminal one and two

The hotel is located in the airport with walking distance to terminal one. The staff is professional and kind and the room is very clean with body wash and other essential products. The price is reasonable so I highly recommend this hotel.

It gave me really relaxing time. The room and bathroom were clean. I loved eating well supplied breakfast early in the morning that starts at 5A.M. I slept well and ate well. Now, I got the energy back and got ready to continue my journey.

酒店在malpensa機場T1和T2客運大樓之間，下襬渡車走路10分鐘距離，不下雨的情況下位置OK，下雨天就有點慘，這算是一家汽車旅館吧，不提供早餐，非24小時前台，室內條件就別有啥要求了，對於趕早班飛機或者轉機的情況，是不錯的選擇

We stayed for one night at the Malpensa Crown plaza as our flight was coming in 21.30 to Terminal 2 meaning car hire offices might be closed . There is a free shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 . We took this and got off at Holiday inn Express ( the driver called out the name of hotel at the stop) . From here it’s a short walk straight up the road , past Holiday in Express on your left then take a right and you are at the Crowne Plaza. Might be tricky with lots of bags but we just had small carry on bags. You can call the hotel ( really quick to answer call) and request a shuttle from the hotel . This costs 15 euros per room. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean , comfortable - toiletries plentiful and nice quality ; shampoo, conditioner, body lotion , hand wash all available to use ( not the little throw away bottles). Coffee , tea, hot choc , water and a couple of biscuits too in room. Breakfast plentiful - cakes, pastries, fruit selection, bacon , sausage, fab scrambled eggs, bread, juices , coffee from machine but fine . Great, comfortable one night stay. Turkish bath, gym and sauna but we didn’t use. Would recommend . Paid around £90 .

Would have liked to get a coffee while waiting for room but all machines had been turned off some electric works which is just unfortunate timing I suppose. Otherwise all very good😊

The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near Terminal 2. Just 100 meters in front of the hotel, a shuttle runs every 15 minutes to Terminal 1. The hotel features a 24/7 bar, and for guests without a breakfast package, coffee and muffins are available for purchase in the morning.

Very nice personnel, the room is a bit basic and small, but had everything one might need, including amenities (toothbrush, etc). Sadly no slippers though. Perhaps, could do with a better quality flooring...maybe, if they decide to renovate at some point! Overall - had a very nice stay, would definitely come back, if I need to stay in the area again
