"Beautiful onsen hotel with Miyajima islands view.
Shuttle bus service from and to train station is very convenient.Breakfast and dinner are very amazing and delicious.
I forgot smart watch and chargers in the room,The hotel promptly sent to me when I contacted the hotel only smart watch no chargers but no problem.
No room cleaning while staying 2 nights just towels hanging in front of the door.
I wish the onsen pond was bigger than nowadays because of too much customers in the onsen pond.
I will come back again to the hotel for sure."
"The environment is clean and tidy. The service staff are friendly and speak good English. Some rooms have direct views of the sea.
I suggest you share the room with other people, otherwise it would be painful for me to pay HKD 1,000 per night."
"The hosts at this Ryoken are so welcoming, friendly and helpful! They picked us up from the ferry terminal when we arrived and dropped us back there on departure. This was crucial as we would have otherwise struggled with our suitcases up the hills and through the labyrinth of small streets! The location is a little bit away from the central area, but that is what we wanted. It was so peaceful at night, the deer wandered past our the front as we relaxed in the open air footpath. The food was nothing short of excellent. They specialise in seafood dishes so if you have an allergy it would be important to let the hosts know before you arrive. The rooms were simply and elegantly appointed: we had everything we needed. The onsen onsite was fantastic! After a long day of walking we felt very relaxed afterwards.
Thank you so much to the hosts for making our stay on Miyajima unforgettable!"
"Felt welcomed by the hotel staff, shared rooms have properly divided beds. Fully equiped with basic amenities such as shampoo, body gel, towels, lockers...
The lounge was full of books to read (tourism books, novels, manga...) and is tastefully decorated. Family-friendly place.
Close to the local train line that travels to Miyajimaguchi harbour (Ferry to the island) in barely 6 minutes.
Great experience overall."
"The location of the hotel is near to Miyajima island, just need to take a ferry at the ferry terminal beside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She gave good advises on which transport to take to the places of attraction. There are also good eating places or restaurants near the hotel. We have a good stay. Will recommend friends who want to visit Hiroshima and Miyajima island. 😄"
"The location was good, but it was quite far from Miyajima Pier, so I thought it would be inconvenient to not have a shuttle car, but as the hotel staff advised, I contacted them before boarding the ferry, and they arrived quickly. I was grateful that you were waiting for me when I did.
The roads were narrow and could only be used by experienced drivers, so we were provided with a courtesy car for both trips. Thanks to the appropriate advice from the hotel staff, we were able to enjoy both the ropeway and the aquarium as planned.
The toilet in the room smelled a bit, but the air conditioning in the room was comfortable, and the hot spring in the public bath was clean."
"I used it for the first time this time.
Sakashima Shrine, Pinghe Park
The hotel also wrote that it was not so painful that I was worried about the sound of the denshi by word of mouth
My friends were happy to have this comfortable hotel for the first time
It was more than the price
I would like to use it if I have another chance."
"It's my first time staying in ryokan with onsen and it was amazing since check in procedure full of warm relation and complete introduction to local habits till my first onsen visit.
Something special is dinner in traditional Japanese way and sleeping on futons.
Onsen with different baths and types of water is perfect after hard travel day and went us into the sleep in a seconds
Very small and remarkable city around the hotel easy to walk around and keep a lot of nice photos to remember
Super convinient location in 5 min to railroad station to Kobe and 30 min total to Shin-Kobe station.
Staff support us even when we need to send luggage to the next hotel in Kyoto.
Wish to visit it again"

"The number of guests on the app did not match the hotel plan.
However, the plan was listed as an available slot, so I should have wondered about it, but I made the reservation without thinking about it. On the day, the number of guests did not match, so I was a little flustered, but the hotel accepted it and dealt with it, which was a relief.
The kaiseki dinner at night was also delicious and looked great!
The location was great and we traveled by car, but there were two parking lots, so it was convenient to go to Miyajima.
At night, there is a dragon boat that allows you to see Itsukushima Shrine, and it is a service that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. I didn't have time to ride it this time, but next time I would like to adjust my schedule to include a private bath and use it.
The guests seemed to be couples of all ages, families with small children, and business entertaining!"

Outstanding
GGuest UserIncredible traditional Japanese house, newly renovated with everything you need for comfort. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked for us to prepare our own meals. The garden is beautiful and you can enjoy ocean view and sunrise from the house, there’s even a blooming Cherry Blossom tree in the garden. Just a tip to keep the sliding doors closed properly because mosquitoes do get in. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
GGuest UserAbsolutely beautiful traditional Japanese House, well-equipped and immaculately clean. Lovely location near the bay, with a (somewhat distant) view of Miyajima Shrine. Excellent communication from the operator (despite something of a language barrier).
Electronic check-in was a fairly lengthy process, involving photos of faces and passports and detailed typing in a non-Romaji-friendly keyboard; but that was only a very minor quibble in what was otherwise a delightful stay. Highly recommended!
すすんIt was great. It is a guest house in Miyajima. We stayed with 3 people. It was about 25000 yen a night.
The room is very large !! I thought it was in a house. There was also a veranda in the room on the first floor. It is with kitchen ♪ There is also a counter seat, and it is not troublesome for a place to eat and drink.
The location is in front of Miyajima ferry terminal.

中中文访客In fact, the overall service and cleanliness are not wrong; but this time I chose a Japanese-style room (only one room choice on the website)! It is separated from the main building; therefore, when returning to the room, you need to pass through the long corridor and close to the open air to set up a temporary tent. The stairs can return to the room in winter. It feels so cold and because you can't wear shoes indoors, you have to change indoor slippers. It takes several times to wear shoes and take off shoes. It is very inconvenient! And the Japanese-style room is not a bathroom, you must go to the hot spring room to shower! But the hot spring room is thinner than expected; there is only one small indoor pool and two small outdoor pools! If you choose a Japanese-Western-style mixed room, you will experience it in the main building. But the Japanese-style room is good; Because it is on the second floor of the ski training school building; so you can see your children's ski training in the room! But I hope it will be better to check in earlier! Finally, the price of one berth and two meals is attractive! If you live here because of skiing, it is a good choice!
EE23256****The cleanliness is high, though kitchen utensils such as frying pans are quite worn, with handles that are particularly damaged. As the service is self-service, it follows that there is little in the way of service to speak of.
OOsama BoussifI think it is unfair that this hotel has a low score on Trip.com. The reason I say this is because people were either looking for a “cheap hotel” in Hiroshima and were surprised by how far it is from Hiroshima Station and the city center, or they assumed the hotel was located on Miyajima Island.
Since there are only five reviews on Trip.com as I am writing this, I want to make clear who this hotel is suitable for and who it is not.
This hotel is perfect for people who want to stay as close as possible to the Miyajima ferry and spend just one night before heading to the island the next morning. You can reach the ferry either by walking (around 30 minutes) or by taking the local tram (around a 10–15 minute ride).
This hotel is not a good fit if you want to stay in Hiroshima and explore the city. It is not close to Hiroshima Station, the city center, or any sightseeing spots. The area around the hotel also offers nothing, there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so take that into account.
However, if your plan is to stay one night and go to Miyajima Island as early as possible the next morning, and you are traveling with limited luggage (do not bring large suitcases or any heavy luggage), then this hotel is a good choice. We had our main luggage sent to our hotel next to Hiroshima Station and only carried a small 5 kg carry-on with clothes for the next day. The walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel was about 10–15 minutes, and it was not as difficult as some reviews made it sound. Just use Google Maps and you will be fine.
About the hotel itself, because of what we read, we expected nothing, but we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in process, done by machine, was instant and smooth with no issues at all. Sometimes I really wonder what people are doing when I read their experiences.
The room itself was more than fine. You have all the amenities you need, the room was spacious enough for two people with luggage, the bed was big enough for us, the hotel was clean, and overall it felt like a good hotel. I was even surprised that the hotel had a laundry room.
旅旅遊N次過客Good location, very close to the station and the pier, there are staff at check in, the staff is also very friendly and willing to help, the bed in the room is clean, the fork plug is not enough, Pantry is narrow and a bit messy, and the price is low.
