"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Ito Station. Within 1 km, you'll find McDonald's, Aeon Supermarket, and Don Quijote. The hotel is also right across the street from the ocean, offering great views. However, the public onsen is quite average, and the facilities and services aren't as good as other onsen hotels. Overall, if you're traveling around Higashiizu and planning to visit Mount Omuro and the coast, this hotel is highly recommended."

"Although there were multiple communications with the hotel regarding dining arrangements due to an issue with the intermediary agent, the overall performance of the hotel was truly delightful. From the station pick-up to the front desk, and from the hot springs to breakfast and dinner, everything was professional and thoughtful. If you want to experience an authentic Japanese feel, this is undoubtedly the best choice in Ito. If I return to Ito, I will definitely choose to stay here again."

"The room was incredibly spacious, which is a real rarity in Japan. Having a private indoor onsen was super convenient; we didn't have to use the public baths at all. It's also not too far from Ito Station. Breakfast leaned heavily Japanese, and the selection wasn't huge."

"The room was clean and odor-free. Perhaps due to the hotel's age, the decor and fixtures might be a bit dated, but other than that, everything else was fine. You can choose your own brand of toiletries, but the room comes with basic toiletries if you choose. The staff were friendly and polite. Even though I arrived before 3:00 PM, they let me check in early. The hotel is not far from JR Ito Station, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores along the way. For attractions like Mount Omuro, there's a direct bus from the JR station entrance, which takes about 45 minutes. The return bus also runs directly to the station entrance, making it very convenient. Atami is also about a half-hour ride away on the JR train. This hotel is a convenient stopover for both destinations. Since I only stayed for one day, I still had a lot to see. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time; it's a great value."

"Very unique Japanese hotel. There is information about guests staying that day at the entrance. Change into slippers at the entrance and the staff will help carry your luggage to the elevator door. The hotel's hot spring environment is very good and clean. The hot spring pool is a little small, so it will be a bit crowded if there are many people. Breakfast is delivered to the room, which is very convenient. There are free coffee drinks in the lobby, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The hotel is not far from Ito Station, and there are many shops along the way. It is not far from the beach, and you can walk all the way from the shopping street to the beach. There are also great dessert shops. Ito is worth a visit."

"My family and I stayed here for three nights, two in a modern Japanese-style room (和モダン「粋」-sui-和室) (breakfast included) and one in a Japanese-style room in the main building (和風ルーム (main building)). My family loved the tatami rooms, so both were excellent experiences. The hotel breakfast is also highly recommended. The Japanese breakfast includes a small hot pot and freshly steamed rice in a clay pot, perfect for Chinese palates who love hot food. It offers a balanced selection of fish, meat, eggs, and dairy. One day, the hotel even had a Chinese-speaking staff member take care of our table, which was incredibly thoughtful. We also highly recommend the hot springs. The large baths were wonderful, and they have the only drinkable hot spring water in Ito, which is good for your digestion. I signed up for a membership during my stay and would love to stay here again!"

"Absolutely five stars!!! Excellent service and amazing pool side view. Both dinner and breakfast are perfect!! They provide shuttle buses but the timing is not good for me. It’s only around 10 minutes walk from nearest station. So the location is not a big problem for me."

"The service was excellent. On our first night, the air conditioning had some issues, and the receptionist made several trips to help us, but it still wasn't fixed. They eventually moved us to a room with good air conditioning. The view from the window was quite nice; it must be even more beautiful during cherry blossom season. The location is good, within walking distance of Ito Station, and there are convenience stores nearby. Taking a taxi from the station to the hotel should be free. By the way, the hotel service was really great. After checking out and returning to collect our luggage, we realized we had left our phone in a taxi. We had to ask the hotel receptionist for help to retrieve it."

"There are some insects in the room. It may be due to the suburban environment that there are more mosquitoes and beetles. The location is relatively remote and there are no restaurants open at night, but the staff is very polite."

"If you plan to stay in this area, you’ll need your own transport, like a rental car. The breakfast buffet has lots of tasty options and comes with a nice sea view in the morning. The private onsen costs JPY 3,500 per hour, and the experience was excellent. The front desk staff are very polite and friendly. Many local Japanese people choose this hotel for their vacations."
