The breakfast is rich, the scenery is beautiful, and the staff service is first-rate.
The rooms have ups and downs, so you need to take the bus to send them. It is difficult for the elderly.
The room is not so luxurious.
Neither the bathroom nor the open-air bathroom can see the outside scenery, and the floor is slippery, probably because it uses plastic tatami mats.
Except for the staff at the breakfast venue, the front desk and bathing staff were very boring. .. .. ..
I feel that the staff have never worked in the service industry, such as slowly or remotely.
The service is the lowest price. .. .. ..

Tenants in the building include a sushi restaurant and an izakaya. This time, I bought sushi, snacks, alcohol, etc. at the local supermarket ”Okuwa” and stayed in my room. A short walk away. The most common room on the official website is ”Twin”, and I'm confused because ”There are no singles!” Therefore, it can be used widely, so please feel free to choose it. The bathtub of the unit bath is not as narrow as it says. Rather, you may feel that the potty of the toilet is a little small. It's true that the walls are thin, and the guests in each room who notice this are all skeptical (laughs). Before 5:00 a.m., I had to take the first train to Owase! When I left the room, I was surprised to see that many room keys had already been returned to the front desk, perhaps because of the location or because of the fishing guests. It seems that people who want to use the public bath and the hotel restaurant at the hotel ”Nami” of the same series, and people who want to go shopping and go out at ”Kawakami”. 447437014This ryokan onsen hotel feels new and clean overall; even without a shower tub in the room, I did not mind going to its nice public onsen for bathing. Dinner and Breakfast are both excellent. I used this hotel as a base to visit the incomparable Maruyama Senmaida and Doro-kyo Gorge / Kitayama, using a rented bike from Kumano Itaya Kurobe no sato, Michino-no-eki in Kiwacho Itaya. Hotel staff and Customer Service at this hotel are also the best, as evidenced by the free hotel shuttle back to Kumano or Shingu. Without question, this is the best hotel out of the 18 I stayed at during my 5 week trip to Japan this Spring.
GGuest UserIt was decided to cancel the summer fireworks display in 2022 as well, but after that, in the process of gradually deciding to support each region's own travel, Kumano City decided to hold the long-awaited fireworks display in the crowdfunding style. I made a reservation for ”Nami” thinking that there would be some kind of support after autumn, but I was surprised that it will be held on April 11 and 18 for three days. It is said that it will be launched from Onigajo for about 15 minutes from 18:30. The Onigajo Center can be seen from ”Nami”, but the launch seems to be from the breakwater under Benten Shrine in Shichiri Mihama on the opposite side. When I looked it up, there were 7 parking lots planned, and the No. 1 parking lot was the Onigajo No. 2 parking lot next to Nami. The venue is on the opposite side of Onigajo, so you have to drive through the Onigajo Tunnel or go through the Onigajo Pedestrian (Kimoto) Tunnel. The first time I went through a sidewalk (only for cars going east) tunnel, I walked 600 meters in about 10 minutes, a little over a kilometer depending on where I was to see. For the first time in a long time, I was able to enjoy the spectacular fireworks 🎆 at close range.
