"Overall experience only so so average……. I don’t expect such a huge hotel giant - Marriott Group has these shortfalls ! Let’s talk about the suggested improvements on facilities provided by hotel:  1) parking facilities - there is no accessible ramps or pavements for customers taking their heavy luggage from the parking areas - the only thing that we can do was to carry these luggages up the staircases to the hotel lobby from the parking area. 2) hotel entrance lay-by - it was raining heavily when I checked out today. I planned to drive my car to the hotel entrance so that my family members can jump into the car and I can load all my luggages to the trunk under the canopy of the hotel entrance. “Luckily”, the canopy is too short and has no such design and finally everybody got into the car and they were ALL WET. I have to load those luggages to the car under the rain…… 3) Onsen (public bath) - nothing to say about this old, obsolete, small public bath without maintanance. 4) staff - I’d say, with the “name” of Marriott, this hotel is really under staff…… Other - nothing to say really"

"This isn’t our first stay at a Vessel Inn, and it likely won’t be the last. They’ve become a safe, reliable choice for us whenever we travel around Japan. The room at Vessel Inn Shiga Moriyama was exactly what we expected—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the standard amenities and toiletries we’ve come to appreciate. We didn’t get a chance to use the hotel facilities this time, so can’t comment on those. Our main concern is always the cleanliness of the bed and overall comfort, and we’re glad to say it passed with flying colors. No funky surprises, just a peaceful night’s rest. One thing that stood out: the room size felt more spacious than what we’re used to in places like Osaka. Definitely a plus when you’ve got luggage or just want to breathe a little easier. All in all, a solid stay that gave us what we needed—nothing fancy, but exactly right."

"The hotel is a ten-minute drive from Kentian Station. There is no pick-up and drop-off service. There are fewer buses to 500 meters near the hotel. It is recommended to rent to go, plus the toll of the Wuhu Bridge is about RMB 100. There are no commercial and scenic spots around. You can go to Fuyutang and Sagawa Art Museum at noon. The check-in staff are warm and thoughtful, and the service is very good in every link. The hotel rooms are all facing the lake, with a first-line lake view, floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide view, all with terraces, and you can see the sunset and sunrise of Wuhu. The facilities are a bit simpler, there is no regular safe and air purifier, these two should be a must for the hotel. The hotel's environmentally friendly style room bathroom has no spare parts and the front desk can provide it. The bathroom does not have dry and wet separation. What is worse is that the space is large but you need to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. For me, I have to wash it first and then take a bath. It is uncomfortable to wait for the water to be released. There is no overall bathroom. The air conditioner is quiet, the bedding is average, the curtains are full of light, the night is transparent, the necessary blindfold, the design is a bit rough in the details of the Hoshino world, but all this can be compensated by the lake view. The refrigerator in the room only has a bottle of bulk water, but unlike the anus in Hoshino, the lounge here serves drinks, beer, drinks, coffee snacks all-time, the quality is excellent, there are freshly made snacks at 3:4:5 pm, this hotel's baking is really powerful, so delicious, Champagne is provided from 5 pm to 5:30 pm. There are two periods for dinner. The wine list is free. It is especially generous. Dinner and Western style. The rhythm is slightly slow. The main dish is roasted near Jiangniu. There is a smell of oily smoke. The dishes are not excellent. After the meal, the four varieties of dessert boxes can be brought back to the room to eat slowly. This hotel is very suitable for drinking and dessert lovers. It is especially excellent. Dinner may also be an accidental mistake. It is recommended to include meals. Breakfast is simple in a box. It is not a buffet. You can also have breakfast in the room. It is very similar to the breakfast of Hongxi Noya Kawaguchiko. Overall recommended stay."

"It takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel in Wildzhou. The hotel has three pavilions. The front desk is in the middle of the barbecue restaurant. The room is very old and the stay is quite comfortable. There is a supermarket halfway to the hotel. There is McDonald's next door to the hotel!"

"Everything is great in the hotel! The staff and the rooms. I really liked the sauna on the 1st floor. Not bad breakfasts. The staff helped us with personal issues, for which we are very grateful. Across the street is a small store and a huge casino. On the other side of the hotel is a nice cafe. The only nuance is the location. We had to get from Osaka by metro with 2 transfers. And the second transfer is only 1 stop, but the train runs every 30 minutes. And from the train another 15 minutes walk. But the hotel is great!"
