I definitely want to go again!
Even though we had children, we were able to relax and the staff were very kind. This time, we only had breakfast, but it was delicious!

The location is remote and difficult to find, but the front desk staff was very good after arrival. The facilities are first-rate, and I will definitely stay again next time I have the opportunity.
Since 2013, it is necessary to go every year except during the epidemic. In the past, it was not possible to order online, but now it is much more convenient to order.
Reason:
1. The hotel is on the mountain, quiet, and the view is outside the window. .
2. You can see the hot springs flowing out of the mountain next to the hotel, the real hot springs.
3, first-class service, there is a car to welcome.
4, accommodation with two meals a day, the ingredients are excellent.
The following is what I thought when I checked in in November 2023:
From Xiyun Monument to the town, a river stream, a red leaf suspension bridge, see the colorful, is the early planting of trees before the design and selection of tree species, the height and low are just right.
I have traveled many times in Japan. The first time I recommended it to Naxu Yanyuan by a Japanese friend, I lived in Guxu Hot Spring Town. It was really great from the scenery to the food.
The hotel is very Showa style, the area of the private soup room is huge in Japan, the service staff is also very kind and thoughtful, the important thing is that the first natural cave hot spring in Japan, the water quality is very special, the rocks are shining with copper green luster, I feel that I will absorb healthy trace elements after a while. The exhaustion of the day was swept away.
Strangely, such a beautiful place almost - there are Japanese people traveling, probably too little publicity overseas. The refreshing air, the high-oxygen forests, lots of fun hiking/bike routes and pastures, and the delicious local ingredients and a variety of stylish or traditional restaurants, no wonder the emperor always likes to spend summer and autumn there, it is a great place.
The BBQ at Hidamari No Ie Higashiya at Home in a pr provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The BBQ at Hidamari No Ie Higashiya at Home in a pr is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Nasushiobara. With multiple attractions nearby including Torinome Kasen Park, Nasu Resort Shopping Park 661 Street and Superstar Museum, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.
Kouunsou is offering accommodations in Nasushiobara. The property provides free private parking.
At the ryokan, units are fitted with a tatami. At the ryokan, all units are fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
The nearest airport is Fukushima Airport, 50 miles from the ryokan.
This is a Japanese-style hot spring inn in Xanadu Taoyuan. In the beautiful town in the mountains, the locals only speak Japanese and do not know other languages. So I can only communicate with hotel staff using body language and translation apps. When checking in, they were very warmly welcomed, offered hot tea, thoroughly introduced the hotel's facilities, services, hot springs, dinner and breakfast arrangements, and then led me to the room on the fourth floor. The room is very clean with private bathroom and toilet. The red suspension bridge downstairs can be viewed from the room terrace, the scenery is super beautiful! !! !! (Opening the glass door of the terrace requires skill and attention. If you do not know how to open it, you need to know the waiter. If you open the glass door at night, insects will fly in.) In addition, the hot spring bathing and cleaning space is sufficient and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast are not expensive ingredients, but there are many styles and delicious! !! !! Also, he is one of the few hotels in the area that can store luggage. At the same time, the JR Bus Terminal is in front, and there are other food markets in the vicinity, which is very convenient. (But there is no convenience store) Summary: With this price and the high-quality comfort service provided by the hotel, it is completely value-for-money and full marks! !! !!

AAnonymous UserNice small local hotel. Foods are great but drinks are not included and a bit expensive
GGuest UserFor the guests who are open to the soup, there are not many people, the indoor and outdoor are great
Arrived very late, a very kind old lady personally picked up the parking lot and helped with heavy luggage. Take us to visit the baths and rooms
The waiters during the day were also very enthusiastic and recommended attractions that we could sightseeing nearby. Because of the off-season, the attractions of the plateau are not regularly rested. Zuih went to a very close ranch, and the store personally sent us to the attractions. Too thoughtful
YYongThis time, I used it with my family.
The staff are very friendly and the family members are very satisfied with the response.
Perhaps because of the location, the bugs are obvious, even in the open-air bath I am worried.
In addition, I think the air conditioner in the room is a bit weak.
All meals are in private rooms, so I feel relieved at this time!
Especially the breakfast is delicious 🍚
GGuest UserThis was my first time for staying in ryokan. This ryokan has such a delight, warming services and very nice hotel staffs. Although I can not speak japanese, the language did not bring me any problems because we could use google translate and some of the innkeeper can speak English. I felt like I stay in my home and very enjoyed interacting with both hotel staffs and shiobara people. Besides, foods there were so delicious.
- traditional japanese food: they wrote a welcome note and descriptions of food in paper (in japanese) eg. Fish came from river beside hotel, everything was from local which I really really love it.
- local venison(deer meat): must try yakiniku
If you wanna avoid chaotic environment in the city, I would reccommend this place because you would feel a part of nature (natural sound is so nice) and you can find a true calm of your soul.
We were very surprised because we were only foreigner tourist in the hotel.
Thank you innkeeper and staff for caring us. We always miss there when we come back to busy city!
GGuest UserThe biggest feature is that you need to take a monorail tram to stay. The hotel is very new. The rooms are large and comfortable. Each room has a private soup on the balcony. The dinner can also be steamed and the cow is very special. The small restaurant will provide small buns at 6 pm, ramen at 10 pm, and there will be yoga, milk, lactic acid bacteria in the morning, and 24 hours. Small popsicles are provided. There are massage chairs and tea and coffee in the leisure area. The disadvantage is that the private soup should be circulating water, and the hotel does not have an outdoor area to visit, check-in and check-out may need to wait in line for the small tram.
EEgg yolkA good hotel of hospitality and good service. The receptionist managed to communicate with guests with a little English and cared to guide guests how to park the car properly even it was raining outside.
The breakfast in Japanese style was great, though they may urge to have it in time. The room is tidily kept with a neat balcony of tranquil street view and the tatami beds are comfortable. Onsen bath is amazing, but there is no locker for keeping your room key and personal clothing, creating a possible secuirty and hygiene concern.
YYONGThe location of the hotel is on the main road. It is more convenient and there are designated cars around the hotel, which is good! The room is clean and tidy! Will choose next time! The restaurants around the area are also quite suitable for Chinese
GGuest UserHotel location is very convenient, a few minutes away from the station, next to McDonald's is very convenient to eat. The hot spring is also very large, very clean, the breakfast is very delicious, the bread is super delicious.
Have the opportunity to live
JJheyskiVery near from the Ski resort where we visit.(hunter mountain) Great place. Good staff accommodation. Huge and Clean room and beautiful surroundings. Nice view from our room. Relaxing air bath spring Bath. Hope to visit again soon. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.
