"We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office.
It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day.
the ferry ticket office is just 1min walk away.
several convenience stores close by.
We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected.
For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use.
The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip."
"This hotel is centrally located in American Village, right by the sea. There are tons of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The rooms are standard; you can tell they're a bit older but very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The public bath was also incredibly clean. What I was most impressed with was the hotel breakfast – it was so elaborate and truly memorable."
"Hotel staffs are friendly, hotel lobby is clean with nice deco! Room is nice too however the design of the bathing area is not convenient for families. You have to wind down the blinds whenever you shower. I love their big beds and the room comes with an air purifier! Their breakfast is nice, both Japanese and western! There’s blue seal ice-cream too! However their breakfast area is kind of small, you have to wait when all the tables are occupied! Overall highly recommended as it’s near to American village and Aeon mall!"
"The room was clean and well-equipped. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, which made shopping super convenient. A small incident happened where we left our pocket Wi-Fi in the taxi on the way to the airport. The driver found it and quickly returned it to the hotel. Eventually, our Japanese friends helped us get it mailed back. It was such a great feeling to get it back after thinking it was lost! The hotel was very professional and kept the lost item safe. Thumbs up!"
"Overall, it was a great stay, though the location is a bit out of the way. Getting around either required a taxi or a long wait for the infrequent Okinawa buses. A FamilyMart convenience store on the ground floor was very convenient. The 3rd floor has a simple gym, a pool, and self-service laundry facilities (washers and dryers). The breakfast was also excellent. Executive room guests can also enjoy drinks on the rooftop."
"The only potential downside was that the bed felt a bit small. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the power outlets in Okinawa are the same as back home, so there was no need for a travel adapter. All the hotel staff spoke English, so communication was never an issue. Breakfast was also great. The location is superb, with the bus terminal directly downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. It's only five stops from the airport, and Kokusai Street (International Street) is also very close by. Overall, it's a fantastic place. My only minor complaint is that the price felt a bit high compared to what I'd expect to pay in my home country.
You access the hotel from the second floor, with the check-in lobby located on the 14th floor. From there, you take an elevator down to your respective room floor. The second floor also connects directly to the monorail station. The Okinawa Library is just opposite the hotel. Having a 7-Eleven and Family Mart convenience store right downstairs was extremely convenient."
"The room was clean. Two adults and two children stayed in a twin room; we pushed the beds together to create a very large sleeping area. The bathroom was convenient for showering, offering both a bathtub and a separate, quite spacious shower, almost like those found in a public bathhouse.
We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant once. For a business hotel, it was perfectly adequate with no issues. However, it wasn't quite on par with the breakfast we later had at the Vessel Hotel in American Village.
It was convenient to borrow an umbrella on a rainy day. Right downstairs from the hotel is a specialty shop selling Yukishio (snow salt), and their ice cream and chocolate crunch cookies were delicious. The hotel is very close to Calbee, just a 10-minute walk to Ryukyu no Ushi, and Sushiro is conveniently located right across the street.
Getting a taxi to Tomari Port was also easy. Rubio Department Store is very close by, and it's also convenient for visiting popular breakfast cafes."
"✅ The hotel is right at the entrance of Makishi Station, making its location absolutely superb. It's a 1-minute walk via an overhead bridge, so you barely even need to be in the sun – super convenient!
✅ Downstairs, there are two convenience stores and a large supermarket. All sorts of dining options are available nearby, with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
One evening, we went to explore the big supermarket and found many discounted items. We bought sushi, rice balls, salad, yogurt, milk, and drinks – all very affordable.
✅ The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Although the bathroom wasn't a three-piece separation, it didn't feel cramped, and all the toiletries were provided.
✅ From 1 PM to 9 PM daily, the lobby offers complimentary iced drinks, including coffee, tea, and juice. It was so refreshing to come back after a day out in the summer heat and grab a drink.
✅ Breakfast was plentiful. We specifically woke up early one day to enjoy it, and they even had takeaway service afterwards!"
"Good service from check in to check out. Yuki at the reception was really helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was really clean but the toilet was a bit smelly from the pipe. Air con needs to be clean as the water dripping on the sofa. The pool was great size and relaxing when it’s no kid around. Public onsen was really clean and not busy in the morning so I could enjoy and relaxing during waiting for my washing. The hotel is on the end of Kokusai street so it’s very convenient to access everything you need including monorail station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time when we visit Okinawa."
"The hotel is located right next to Tsubogawa Station, offering incredibly convenient access as it's just outside the exit. It's also surrounded by convenience stores (FamilyMart and 7-11) and a post office that's even open on weekends. The hotel has coin-operated laundry machines and dryers on the first floor, but their washing and drying performance is quite average; it's probably better to use the laundromat next door. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch buffet. At other times, the restaurant functions as an executive lounge for Accor elite members, but guests who booked through Ctrip cannot access it. It's important to note that while Ctrip bookings *can* be linked to the Accor ALL app, the hotel itself doesn't recognize your Accor membership status nor does it provide member benefits for such bookings. Given that Accor offers excellent benefits to its members in Japan, elite members are strongly advised to book directly through Accor's own channels."

Amazing
CChenxiaoyuThe homestay is located in the middle of Okinawa, the location is easy to find, the parking lot is about two minutes walk, there are many restaurants around, you can walk to McDonald's and supermarkets in two minutes, check in method, enter the password from the mailbox to get the key and enter the door, daily necessities toothbrush toothpaste bottled water are placed on the first floor , the elevator is quite small, many people may have to take turns, the room is not big, equipped with washing machine and dryer, microwave oven and induction cooker, in terms of price and location CP value is super high, next time I go to Okinawa will give priority to Sakura Hotel
GGuest UserI had to change my accommodation, and I was grateful to the inn for telling me the color 々 and kindness. There was a skewers 94SPECIAL shop next to the room, and the charcoal skewers were very delicious. The shop is also very recommended! !!
MM517079****The price is quite affordable. It takes 10 minutes to walk to buy things. The room is not big and it is okay for one person. Hygiene is no problem. The advantage is that parking is available and free of charge.
GGuest UserIt was made like a renovation of an old love hotel. It's neither good nor bad. At night, you have to unlock the entrance and exit yourself, so you should tell me how to do it in advance. The disgusting point was that the walls were thin and I was worried about the sound of people walking in the aisle.
