We checked in very late and were very patient during check-in. The transportation is very convenient. The room is very small and there is no place to put the suitcase. It is very suitable for going to the airport and the city.

ゆいレールの『旭橋駅』と『県庁前駅』のどちらにもアクセスに程よい位置にあるホテルだと思います。ホテルの目の前に幹線道路（国道58号線）があるため、入口付近は主に日中車の往来の喧騒を感じますが、客室フロア及び客室内はそのような喧騒はほとんど感じず、静かにひと時を過ごせると思います。
リーズナブルな価格で宿泊できますが、周辺のビジネスホテルと同様に、清潔に保たれているのは言うまでもないものの、部屋はあまり広くはありません。バスルームも同様に狭いですが、ビジネスホテル特有の多数の宿泊者の利用によるもはや取ることが出来ない汚れ等はほとんど見られず、快適に利用できると思います。
海外からの観光客の利用も多いからか、フロント等で外国人スタッフの姿を多く見かけますが、きちんと教育されているようで、失礼な接客は全くありませんでした。とてもハキハキと受け答えして好印象でした。
ウェルカムドリンクとして、ロビーで泡盛もしくはシークワーサーを無料で飲むことが出来ますが、このサービスが人気の要で、サービス自体終了の21時を待つことなく提供分が無くなってしまうこともあることに注意が必要です。それでも、ホテルの周辺には飲食店やコンビニエンスストアーが多くあるため、食事や食料調達に苦労することは無いでしょう。
なお、客室への入室はカードキーではなく金属製の鍵を使用します。客室フロアへの昇降に使用するエレベーター内に、目的のフロアへ行くためのカードキーをかざすデバイスは設置されておらず、その方式のキーに慣れている人にとっては、セキュリティ面でやや不安に感じるかもしれません。
