"The hotel was not hard to find and the room was not too bad for two people but i must say the shower room was too small and the sink. Also if u plan to stay long I recommend to go to a Dollar Store or 100yen shop because they dont have other amenities like spoon, fork, plates, scissors etc. they have coffee maker but the coffee you have to buy it at the lounge it cost 200¥. What i liked is that they have 2 washing machines and dryers and they come up with Detergent soap and Fabric conditioner. Also if you guys are renting a car the hotel provides a parking but for 1,500¥ per night. We did not avail it though we used the Times parking which was 550¥ for 12hrs and me and my partner did a lot of traveling so it was worth the price of the parking. The rooftop we did not try because it was closed when we went. There were staffs were so nice tho. Thank you!"

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, making taxi rides quite easy. Having a supermarket and a laundry room nearby is a definite plus. The hotel boasts a hot spring, but perhaps due to its natural origin, it contained numerous impurities and didn't look very clean. Be prepared for long waits and slow service at check-in."

"My stay here was excellent! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room was comfortable and quiet with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making both check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. "The room was quite spacious, and equipped with a full range of amenities, including a smart toilet, a mini-fridge, and a safe. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Opening the window offered a view of the Pacific Ocean. The breakfast area had a great ambiance, and the breakfast selection was extensive, featuring Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, including fish, meat, vegetables, and local specialties, offering a wide variety to choose from."

"The facilities are new, and the room's soundproofing is excellent. The staff are friendly, but their professionalism and proficiency could use a bit of improvement. For environmental reasons, bottled water isn't provided; instead, they offer a reusable water bottle, but its capacity is a bit small. Also, since the hotel is relatively new, Uber can't pinpoint its location yet, so you have to walk out to the bank to get one."

"I have two complaints about the self-service laundry facilities on the 10th floor. 1. The washing machine doesn't clean properly. 2. The dryer is completely broken. It's terrible and a waste of my time and money."

"The accommodation is very good. The hotel also provides some basic supplies for brushing teeth and washing face. However, the bed is a little small. It is probably an oversized single bed, so it is a bit crowded for two people to sleep on. Apart from this, everything else is great!"

"The first time I stayed at your hotel, your hotel is located in the middle of the entire monorail train line next to Anli Station. The transportation is convenient. There is a YUBO24 hourly supermarket behind the hotel specializing in various food boxes, fresh drinks, wine and fruits, etc., a few minutes away from the International Avenue. The hotel is fully equipped with an induction cooker, washing machine, large refrigerator, balcony to dry clothes, the hotel is recommended."

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Asahibashi Station, and there's a direct walkway from the second floor to the monorail station. The hotel also has a pick-up/drop-off point on the ground floor, so taking a taxi is very convenient. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the start of Kokusai-dori, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the action. A taxi from the airport costs around 2000 yen, which is quite a good deal if you're traveling with a group. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of local Okinawan dishes, such as Ryukyu ramen, sea grapes, and peanut butter pig's ears. You can pretty much try all the local specialties just by having breakfast there. Our family of four booked two rooms. My parents had breakfast at the hotel for all four days, while my sister and I only ate there once, opting for convenience store breakfasts on the other days (as a quick search on Tabelog showed no other breakfast options nearby). It's worth noting that the hotel provides each guest with a 500-yen dining voucher upon check-in, which can be used for breakfast (the full price is over 2600 yen). However, when we tried to get two more vouchers for subsequent breakfasts, they weren't provided. It seems to be a one-time offer per guest per stay, not per night. There are also many great restaurants near the hotel. Just around the corner downstairs is the popular Iseya Ago Pork restaurant, and the Yakiniku Honbu Ranch BBQ restaurant is within walking distance. It's about a 20-minute walk to the First Makishi Public Market, but you pass through Kokusai-dori along the way, so you can walk, browse, and eat, which makes it feel much closer. The hotel service is exceptional. After check-in, a staff member escorted us all the way to our room door by elevator. During daily cleaning, the staff are very careful with guests' belongings; anything not explicitly thrown in the trash is not discarded (even if it clearly looks like rubbish), which I really appreciate. The in-room amenities are already very comprehensive, even including hair ties. More amenities, like facial masks, body lotion, and mouthwash, are available at the front desk downstairs. The only slight inconvenience is that you need to take an elevator to the 14th floor and then transfer to another elevator to reach the guest rooms. Also, our city-view room on the eighth floor only offered views of the rooftops of adjacent buildings, with no actual scenery. If you prefer a better view, I'd recommend choosing a bay-view room."
