The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. The hotel provides two type of parking; Parking directly adjacent to the hotel cost 1,600 yen per day, but if you are willing to walk for 5 minutes, parking is free. The breakfast was quite repetitive, with the same food served every day. We stayed for three nights, and for two of those days, the coffee machine was broken, so only basic coffee was provided. A five-star hotel should not have these issues. Additionally, the seafood bowl (Kaisendon) must be ordered separately as a special à la carte item."

The internet is fast when it works, but the signal is patchy. The breakfast spread is high quality, yet the coffee offered is disappointingly poor in taste. The smart TV never worked despite complaints, with no standard TV channels available. Additionally, light cleaning service the next day upon arrival didn’t include making the beds, which felt lacking. The ladies at the reception would benefit of English language training. Overall, the stay was good but needs improvement in these small yet important details to live up to its potential"
