Amazing
GGuest UserLet's start with the pros: 1. **Excellent Location:** Just a three-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a vibrant street packed with dining, entertainment, and shopping. 2. **Breakfast:** While not fancy, the variety of dishes is quite good, and some items change daily. 3. **Complimentary Ramen:** The restaurant offers free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, which is a really thoughtful touch. 4. **All-Day Free Drinks & Ice Cream:** After breakfast hours, they provide complimentary drinks and three flavors of ice cream all day long – a big hit with both parents and kids! 5. **Kids' Activities:** From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily, there are free games, crafts, and other activities, perfect for families with children. 6. **Free Pool & Hot Spring:** You don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time, thanks to the free swimming pool and hot spring. Now for the cons: 1. **Limited Elevators:** With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long, especially during breakfast hours. 2. **Noisy Public Areas:** Since many families stay here with children, the public areas are constantly bustling and lively. 3. **Self-Service Dining:** After finishing your meal in the restaurant, you have to clear your own dishes and return them to a designated area, and even wipe down the table. 4. **Small Rooms:** The rooms are quite compact; it's hard to move around once you've opened two suitcases. Overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

AAnonymous User1. The location is indeed very convenient, and it's one of the few hotels in Okinawa with a somewhat stylish decor. But besides that, it's absolutely useless; purely paid for deceiving photos. 2. The hygiene is really poor; there's dust everywhere, and the bed sheets are yellowed... 3. What I'm most dissatisfied with is the soundproofing: the mini-fridge in the room is incredibly noisy, and the corner room I booked was assigned to the lowest floor, which was terribly loud with constant thumping and banging sounds every day. Even with earplugs, it was still very noisy! 4. No drinking water was provided; who wants to go to the hallway to get water? Do they think this is a university dorm? When returning to the hotel at night, the staff standing at the entrance completely ignored guests coming in, hah...

TTianqiandikun-zijianThe room was clean and well-equipped. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, which made shopping super convenient. A small incident happened where we left our pocket Wi-Fi in the taxi on the way to the airport. The driver found it and quickly returned it to the hotel. Eventually, our Japanese friends helped us get it mailed back. It was such a great feeling to get it back after thinking it was lost! The hotel was very professional and kept the lost item safe. Thumbs up!

LlolohollyThe room was tiny, definitely more suitable for one person, but that's typical for Japan compared to back home. Despite its size, it was fully equipped and functional, plus super clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was decent, and the restaurant itself was huge, available for free use day and night. Given the price, it's incredible value for money, haha!

GGuest UserFirst off, the hotel's location is super convenient, less than 200 meters from Asahibashi Station. There's an elevator available, and the path from the station to the hotel is completely flat, making it easy to roll luggage. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Four items were particularly outstanding: the Okinawan mixed rice, pasta, cold plate with lemon seaweed, and Okinawan tofu. The pajamas were incredibly comfortable and felt brand new. It's rare to find any odor, let alone that strange disinfectant smell. Many budget hotels I've stayed at in Japan struggle with this, so it's a commendable advantage! The air conditioning in the rooftop communal bath's changing room was set perfectly, very comfortable. Outside the laundry room, there were several lounge seats, convenient for waiting. Downsides: I couldn't find the dehumidifier button in the bathroom, and it didn't automatically activate even when it was damp. The room door felt a bit thin; if you don't wake up early, you'll hear people walking by outside.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located right next to Tsubogawa Station, offering incredibly convenient access as it's just outside the exit. It's also surrounded by convenience stores (FamilyMart and 7-11) and a post office that's even open on weekends. The hotel has coin-operated laundry machines and dryers on the first floor, but their washing and drying performance is quite average; it's probably better to use the laundromat next door. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch buffet. At other times, the restaurant functions as an executive lounge for Accor elite members, but guests who booked through Ctrip cannot access it. It's important to note that while Ctrip bookings *can* be linked to the Accor ALL app, the hotel itself doesn't recognize your Accor membership status nor does it provide member benefits for such bookings. Given that Accor offers excellent benefits to its members in Japan, elite members are strongly advised to book directly through Accor's own channels.

MM40722****Pros: 1. Spacious! Having stayed in many Japanese hotels, this one's room was big enough to open two 28-inch suitcases, with two chairs to sit on! All for less than 400, and with the favorable exchange rate, it actually cost less than when I booked. 2. Beautiful! The hotel is very new, and the rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of Naha (the terrace closes at 10 PM). Watching the Yui Rail train slowly pull into the station was incredibly relaxing! Great scenery! 3. Excellent service! Although the hotel doesn't provide hot water (there's a kettle, but we were wary of its cleanliness), when we asked at the front desk, they specially got us a cup from the coffee bar. 4. Well-equipped! There are six washing machines, an ice maker, and vending machines, which is very convenient. Check-out can be done directly via the TV, no need to go to the front desk, which is also great. 5. Very close to Ishigaki Beef restaurants, less than a five-minute walk, and many other BBQ places nearby. Cons: 1. There was indeed noise. Since the window faced the street, even with it closed, we could occasionally hear motorcycles roaring by at night. Luckily, we're good sleepers, but if you're sensitive to noise, you should be aware. 2. The location is just okay. While it was close to the breakfast spots and BBQ restaurants we wanted to try, it was a bit of a walk to the train station and Kokusai-dori. We had our luggage sent directly from the airport to the hotel and took a taxi to the airport when we left (around 70+ for the fare), so we didn't experience the struggle, but if you're lugging suitcases, it might be tiring? Kokusai-dori was fine on the way there, but after shopping, the walk back to the hotel felt quite tiring. 3. I'm not sure if this is typical for Okinawa, but the skincare products provided at the front desk felt very watery, and the packaging got wet easily, making it hard to squeeze out much without making a mess. I wasn't a fan of that. Overall, for me personally, the price, location, and environment were all great. I would choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel. Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent. Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for 3 nights in December. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest station. There are many apartments around, so it feels like a residential area. It's quiet. There aren't many places to eat, but there are plenty if you go around the station. The guesthouse's parking lot was full, but there were many coin parks nearby, so it wasn't a problem. It felt like a one-room apartment turned into a lodging facility, with a separate bathroom and toilet and a bathtub. There was also a balcony and a clothesline, so you could hang out your laundry! There is a drum-type washing machine (paid). ^ ^. The refrigerator had separate freezer and refrigerator sections, so it was good that the ice didn't melt! It was also good that there were many outlets! *The staff were not there at night, so I returned before I could receive towels, but I was able to contact them immediately and they were happy to bring them to my room. The staff were all very kind. Thank you very much! It's good value for money, so I would definitely use it again.

GGuest UserGood point. • Facing Kokusai-dori, access to tourist spots was good. Convenient to go anywhere and perfect as a base for sightseeing. • Good cost performance and comfortable while suppressing accommodation costs. I'm worried. • It was good that there was a smell of water red in the shower room and the cleaning was a little more thorough. • I felt noisy at night because it was along Kokusai-dori. I think you can spend more comfortably if you have measures such as improving the soundproofing of the curtains.
