The environment, location, and design are all pretty good. The only downside is that the pillows in the room aren't very comfortable. There's a shopping mall, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so it's quite convenient. It's also not too far from the train station; you can get there directly by taking the overhead bridge. The large public bath requires going nude, which I couldn't bring myself to do, so I didn't go.

LinyinaiFacilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine.
Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English.
Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.

NgockkersWe enjoyed our stay at the The Royal Iconic Naha Hotel. It's a modern and clean hotel close to the popular Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping street as well as the monorail station being directly across the road. Heaps of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The one negative aspect staying here was the parking facility. It's not your traditional parking space that's provided instead the hotel has a parking mechanical tower (like a large vending machine) that parks your car and collects it for you. The process of collecting your car could take a while due to the number of guests needing to collect their car as well. Its one at a time basis. Also there's not enough parking spots so when we arrived back from our day trips in the evening, we were advised that the car park is full an were directed to find alternative parking elsewhere. I found was really inconvenient as the days were hot and humid and everybody was tired. I ended up circling around the area for an hour looking for parking and trying to figure out how to park using those plate locks. Then I had to lug alot of things from my car as well as my 3 yr old back to the hotel. I haven't ever came across this issue before at other hotels I've stayed in. The pool isn't large but was nice enough to relax for a quick dip. There was also a spa as well which was nice. Would be good though if the pool was opened until later (it closes early at 8pm). Also, there weren't any towels provided at the pool and only 2 towels provided in our hotel room which we had to use. This was inconvenient as we then had to bring back our wet towels to our room. Overall our stay was okay.

AccSrdThe hotel's location is pretty good. While it's not in the very center of Kokusai Street, it's quite convenient for the subway station. You can walk to the Prefectural Office and even DFS. There's also a seafood market right next door, which is great for dining.
The lobby environment and room size are both decent. However, having to pick up toiletries downstairs yourself makes it feel a bit too much like a budget hotel (even though it carries the JR name...)

Min Jong LeeLocation
The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.
Room Quality
On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for getting around. The service was warm and attentive, with the front desk responding quickly, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Jeju.

DupercaliThe location is very convenient, especially if you are arriving from the airport by train or bus. The breakfast is typical Japanese style, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the matcha latte.
The rooftop bar offers a great view of Okinawa at night. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, which were very convenient for travelers.

Anonymous UserFor a solo traveller, I am very glad to have chosen here for my 6 nights stay. The Omoromachi station is 3 mins walk away and made my traveling so much easy. I could even board a bus that goes to American village. And I honestly like the washing machine and dryer here. Per wash is 200 Yen and dryer is 100 yen per 30 mins.

GraceLcmWe arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about.
However, the service was quite disappointing.
We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise.
What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary.
After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had.
Just sharing our experience.

Lululala77I spent very good time here.
Compared to its price, this hotel gives you soo much satisfaction.
I was really satisfied.
Compared to other hotels in Japan, the room was very wide and so clean.
You can use bathtub and relax, too.
I liked that I can see all Naha city view from this hotel.
Also I enjoyed the time in Infinity pool on the 3rd floor.
Even though I had no chance to look around 15th floor panoramic view.(I forgot to go up 😅)
please go up to 15th floor and check the panoramic view.
Even though the weather was very bad (whole day it rained 🥲 )during my visiting Okinawa, staying this hotel made me feel good.
Thank you.
