The room was incredibly noisy; I couldn't get any sleep. The curtains weren't blackout, and the window faced a busy road, plus the windows weren't soundproof. The entire hotel felt more like an open apartment building, with all areas directly exposed to the outside, meaning no air conditioning in the common areas. The most shocking part was when the staff opened our door before 10 AM, well before check-out time. There was also a mirror with a super bright light that wouldn't turn off, and we eventually had to unplug it. It felt like the photos made everything look great and the facilities were new, but the management was really lacking. Also, everything, contrary to what the pictures suggested, came with an extra charge.

The hotel meets the standard and perfect for the budget. I found out a great bakery near by, just 1 min walk
And there are bikes for u for free
Very convenient to go to minimart down the road

The room was clean and good.
The staff were friendly.
Ealier check in was possible for extra charge - 1000 per hour.
The sauna and swimming pool would cost you extra 1800 per person or 4000 yen for a private sauna for 2 people (2hours). It was really hot inside, good and relaxing.

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about.
However, the service was quite disappointing.
We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise.
What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary.
After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had.

Really clean and friendly staff. 30 min walk from city centre and there are convenience stores nearby. Room is decent and clean for the price you pay.

The hotel is amazing! The breakfast service is pristine and the quality of food is exceptional! The rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is regarding storage. Since we shared a room in three, we had to be creative to manage all our clothes. I absolutely recommend it to families or friends.
