The location and room rate offer excellent value for money! Everyone was very satisfied with their stay, and the provided pajamas were very comfortable. Check-in seemed to have improved a lot, taking only 10 minutes. The main issue was getting past the sign-in counter. The only thing I'd like to improve is the lighting. I hope the floor lamps in the sofa area can be individually switched on and off. Because my family goes to bed early, all the lights have to be turned off when we turn them off. Although there are small bedside lamps, the sofa area is always completely dark. It would be great if this could be improved!

Short but nice stay, clean room and easy to use facilities. No front desk staff though until evening and you are to clean the room yourself. Convenient location, had a discount for the room else would not of stayed. Very convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Anri BTS station, about a 5-10 minute walk away! It's also about a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori Street! The rooms are quiet and clean. I stayed here for 3 nights!

Review of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

The room facilities are simple, but the kitchenette and the bathroom separated from wet and dry even the washing machine are not missing, considering the price is very good value. A little distance from Monorail Haoqiao Station, but acceptable. There are also many convenience stores to buy things on the road. When there is a problem with self-check-in, the staff at the far end actively assists in the check-in and feels very good.

Clean room, large enough for room to move and luggage, table and 2 chairs, key lock, large bathroom, laundry, walking distance to Asahibashi station and convenience stores.  Large fridge nd freezer, microwave and teapot were great to have in the room! 👍 Overall, a good room for the price and location. Very simple .  A few free basic supplies available and helpful.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The service is worth experiencing; I can't be the only one who's tried it.

A great location, good value, and a comfortable bed. I slept well for 4 nights. However, although the room was spotless (clean floor etc) the bedcover was disgusting. It was covered with horrible greasy stains, probably from people eating sitting on the bed. The sheets underneath were perfectly clean, but who wants to lie in bed risking touching such a disgusting bedcover even just with their arms? Luckily it was warm, so I could take it off the bed and just used the sheet. There was also a depressing brown and dirty-looking cover on the old arm chair, so I didn’t sit in it. Why put effort into keeping the room clean and ruin it with these two disgusting (and depressing) brown covers?!

旭橋駅のすぐ近くにあり便利でした。セルフチェックインが難しく、問い合わせをして予約番号を教えてもらってようやくできました。部屋は入ったとき、カビ臭いかと思いましたが、気にするほどではなかったです。部屋は清潔で、洗濯機に乾燥機もあり良かったです。

Very beautiful room and I was able to spend comfortably. I was glad to have a washing machine. There are various restaurants around, and the tomari is close. I recommend going to a remote island! I want to use it again! ! !
