"I had a great stay at Hyatt. Everything was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious choices. The service and overall experience were very satisfying. The only issue I would like to highlight is that the toilet had a noticeable urine smell, which affected the comfort of the room. I hope the hotel can look into improving the cleanliness and ventilation of the bathroom. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and I appreciate the great hospitality."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Collective in Okinawa. The property is still very new and exceptionally clean throughout, making it a highly comfortable place to relax. Key Highlights of Our Stay: Great Perks for Families: They provide a dedicated kids' room that is completely free of charge. While it is not very big, it is still a nice bonus for families traveling with smaller children. Excellent Outdoor Jacuzzi: The outdoor pool complex features a fantastic hot tub with a jacuzzi function. The water temperature is kept very hot, which felt amazing on a breezy, cool day of about 18–20 degrees Celsius. Outstanding Breakfast Buffet: Future guests do not need to spend extra money hunting for authentic Okinawan food outside! The hotel's Vision & Emotion morning buffet serves an incredible spread where you can taste all traditional Okinawan dishes alongside Western and standard Japanese favorites. Pro-Tip for Future Guests: I highly recommend adding a little extra money to your booking package to include the breakfast buffet up front. It is absolutely worth it and saves you the hassle of searching for food in the morning!"

"Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable"

"First, let's talk about the location: If you're using Naha city as a transit hub and plan to travel around Okinawa by public transportation, I highly recommend staying near the Naha Bus Terminal. 1. Many express long-distance buses depart from here. 2. It's also where Asahibashi Station for the Yui Rail (monorail) is located within Naha city. The Yui Rail is punctual and convenient, taking you to places like the museum, Shuri Castle, and more. 3. You can also walk directly to Naminoue Shrine, and it's not far from Kokusai Street (both about a 15-minute walk). It's also very close to the Don Quijote in Tsubogawa. One more thing: there are many hotels around Asahibashi Station, all sharing a covered pedestrian bridge that connects the bus terminal and Yui Rail station. So, there isn't much difference in terms of location. I chose this particular hotel based on room size. Now, about the hotel itself: You can access the hotel elevators on both the first and second floors, taking you directly to the 14th-floor front desk. Check-in at the front desk was thorough but a bit slow. At the front desk, you can pick up daily amenities like bath salts, sunscreen, shower gel, face masks, makeup remover, etc. There's also that blue herbal tea... On the 14th floor, you have to switch elevators to reach the guest room floors. Whenever I hung the 'please clean' sign when going out, the room was always tidied up and looked brand new upon my return, with daily consumables replenished. Oh, and I really loved the sencha coffee machine in the room; I'd have a cup or two every day after coming back. I even watched a Norway vs. England World Cup match on NHK BS 4K on the TV. There are many supermarkets downstairs, and various dining options like izakayas and Okinawan restaurants are all within walking distance. I stayed for 4 days and was very satisfied overall."

"Okinawa is truly a fantastic travel destination, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori (International Street), and you can continue walking from there to Naminoue Shrine and the sunset beach. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and diverse! They have freshly grilled burgers, various Japanese dishes, and even a make-your-own noodle station which was delicious. My room on a lower floor didn't have a window, which felt a bit confining, but my room on the sixth floor had an open and spacious view. There's a large banyan tree with a historic feel right outside the entrance. You can also find some really good omurice and izakayas in the surrounding area."

"This hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised on Trip.com and is, at best, a 3-star property. The facility hours are very limited, especially for a hotel claiming to be luxury. The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult. Charges like this should be made clear upfront, not casually mentioned on arrival. Breakfast was decent enough, with an adequate selection, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating. Guests had to register in advance for a roughly 45-minute timeslot, and during our visit we were asked to provide a QR code. It felt overly complicated and poorly managed when they could simply have checked our room number and names instead. The only real positive was the reception staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with our requests. Unfortunately, good staff alone cannot make up for the limited facilities, extra charges, and inconvenient procedures. Overall, this hotel does not deliver a 5-star experience and feels misleadingly advertised."

"Food: Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options. Personally, I preferred the Japanese choices, as the Western selection was a bit limited. Both of the hotel's on-site restaurants were decent, especially the Spanish one, which served delicious food at reasonable prices. Stay: The room was very clean and tidy. Although the hotel felt a bit dated, the facilities were comprehensive. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. Location: The location was incredibly convenient for getting around. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, supermarkets, and shopping malls, making it easy to pop out for a drink at an izakaya in the evening."

"Extremely clean and tidy. The room is very large and spacious for Japan. The surroundings are incredibly convenient, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, and other convenience stores right downstairs. It's also very close to day tour meeting points and Kokusai-dori, and about a 16-minute walk to the pier (for glass-bottom boats/whale watching tours). Highly recommended."
