"Facilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine. Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English. Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there."

"The hotel is quite new. We booked a quad room with a private bathroom (with a bathtub) for 2 nights. The toilet and bathroom were very spacious, but that meant the sleeping area felt a bit cramped. It had two single beds, one extra bed, and a sofa bed by the window. My double-sided suitcase couldn't be fully opened, but it wasn't a big issue as I could slide it under the bed once opened. The soundproofing was pretty good, which is great for light sleepers. We stayed for two nights, and housekeeping didn't enter the room to clean, but they did hang fresh towels and bottled water on the doorknob. The mini-fridge was a bit small. The coin-operated washing machines didn't have a separate dryer function; after a wash and dry cycle, the clothes were still damp, and there was no drying function in the bathroom, which was a minor disappointment. The hotel itself doesn't have a smoking room, so smokers have to go downstairs to the convenience stores nearby. There's a mechanical parking tower with a fee of 1800 JPY per day, and you can re-enter multiple times. There are also other paid parking lots in the vicinity. Right behind the hotel is 88 Steakhouse, and there are three convenience stores nearby. The transportation is quite convenient, as it's not far from Kokusai Street or Ryubo Department Store. Breakfast costs extra."

"The location is right smack in the middle of Kokusai street. Very convenient for shopping and dining. Room is huge for Japanese standard. If you are driving, parking is available but with a charge of JPY 1800 per night."

"The staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here."

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Asahibashi Station, and there's a direct walkway from the second floor to the monorail station. The hotel also has a pick-up/drop-off point on the ground floor, so taking a taxi is very convenient. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the start of Kokusai-dori, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the action. A taxi from the airport costs around 2000 yen, which is quite a good deal if you're traveling with a group. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of local Okinawan dishes, such as Ryukyu ramen, sea grapes, and peanut butter pig's ears. You can pretty much try all the local specialties just by having breakfast there. Our family of four booked two rooms. My parents had breakfast at the hotel for all four days, while my sister and I only ate there once, opting for convenience store breakfasts on the other days (as a quick search on Tabelog showed no other breakfast options nearby). It's worth noting that the hotel provides each guest with a 500-yen dining voucher upon check-in, which can be used for breakfast (the full price is over 2600 yen). However, when we tried to get two more vouchers for subsequent breakfasts, they weren't provided. It seems to be a one-time offer per guest per stay, not per night. There are also many great restaurants near the hotel. Just around the corner downstairs is the popular Iseya Ago Pork restaurant, and the Yakiniku Honbu Ranch BBQ restaurant is within walking distance. It's about a 20-minute walk to the First Makishi Public Market, but you pass through Kokusai-dori along the way, so you can walk, browse, and eat, which makes it feel much closer. The hotel service is exceptional. After check-in, a staff member escorted us all the way to our room door by elevator. During daily cleaning, the staff are very careful with guests' belongings; anything not explicitly thrown in the trash is not discarded (even if it clearly looks like rubbish), which I really appreciate. The in-room amenities are already very comprehensive, even including hair ties. More amenities, like facial masks, body lotion, and mouthwash, are available at the front desk downstairs. The only slight inconvenience is that you need to take an elevator to the 14th floor and then transfer to another elevator to reach the guest rooms. Also, our city-view room on the eighth floor only offered views of the rooftops of adjacent buildings, with no actual scenery. If you prefer a better view, I'd recommend choosing a bay-view room."

"Okinawa is truly a fantastic travel destination, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori (International Street), and you can continue walking from there to Naminoue Shrine and the sunset beach. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and diverse! They have freshly grilled burgers, various Japanese dishes, and even a make-your-own noodle station which was delicious. My room on a lower floor didn't have a window, which felt a bit confining, but my room on the sixth floor had an open and spacious view. There's a large banyan tree with a historic feel right outside the entrance. You can also find some really good omurice and izakayas in the surrounding area."

"Clean room and polite staff. Got few souvenir shops to do shopping. The view is spectacular. It would be better if the balcony floor is cleaner, not with stain."

"The facilities are clean and tidy. The decoration of the room is not inferior to that of a five-star hotel, and the room is very spacious. Conveniently located, there is a monorail station nearby. Kokusai-dori shopping street is also only a 10-minute walk away. There are 2 convenience stores downstairs near the hotel."

"On the first night, check-in was delayed by over 40 minutes due to a mistake by the front desk staff. They even asked us to contact Ctrip ourselves, only to discover that the staff had made a mistake with the booking information, causing us to miss our restaurant reservation. The hotel's location is extremely inconvenient. While it seems like a 10-20 minute walk to Kokusai-dori, shopping malls, and restaurants, the entire route is hilly, making taxis the primary mode of transportation. The Western-style breakfast restaurant had a good ambiance and service, offering a choice of five main courses. During our three-night stay, our family of four tried almost everything, and the overall taste was good, although the buffet selection was limited. My parents tried the Japanese breakfast once and reportedly found it mediocre. The outdoor pool was small but surrounded by greenery, creating a pleasant environment. The hotel shampoo was a major disappointment; I haven't used such a bad shampoo in a long time. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel."
