Amazing
GGuest UserLet's start with the pros:
1. **Excellent Location:** Just a three-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a vibrant street packed with dining, entertainment, and shopping.
2. **Breakfast:** While not fancy, the variety of dishes is quite good, and some items change daily.
3. **Complimentary Ramen:** The restaurant offers free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, which is a really thoughtful touch.
4. **All-Day Free Drinks & Ice Cream:** After breakfast hours, they provide complimentary drinks and three flavors of ice cream all day long – a big hit with both parents and kids!
5. **Kids' Activities:** From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily, there are free games, crafts, and other activities, perfect for families with children.
6. **Free Pool & Hot Spring:** You don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time, thanks to the free swimming pool and hot spring.
Now for the cons:
1. **Limited Elevators:** With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long, especially during breakfast hours.
2. **Noisy Public Areas:** Since many families stay here with children, the public areas are constantly bustling and lively.
3. **Self-Service Dining:** After finishing your meal in the restaurant, you have to clear your own dishes and return them to a designated area, and even wipe down the table.
4. **Small Rooms:** The rooms are quite compact; it's hard to move around once you've opened two suitcases.
Overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

2205827****The lobby is too small; it didn't feel like a proper hotel at first, which made me quite unhappy. However, once I got to the room, I was slightly more satisfied. There's no coffee machine or drinking water in the room; you have to go out to the hallway to get water. The front desk service was indeed top-notch, and the hotel is very close to Kokusai Street, making shopping convenient. The hotel breakfast was just average, but the drinks and cakes at the bar on the first floor were quite tasty. The TV in the room felt too big, though; it made my eyes hurt.

TTianqiandikun-zijianThe room was clean and well-equipped. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, which made shopping super convenient. A small incident happened where we left our pocket Wi-Fi in the taxi on the way to the airport. The driver found it and quickly returned it to the hotel. Eventually, our Japanese friends helped us get it mailed back. It was such a great feeling to get it back after thinking it was lost! The hotel was very professional and kept the lost item safe. Thumbs up!

MM304761****First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, less than 200 meters from Asahibashi Station. There's an elevator available, and the path from the station to the hotel is completely flat, making it easy to roll luggage.
The breakfast buffet was delicious! Four items were particularly outstanding: the Okinawan mixed rice, pasta, cold plate with lemon seaweed, and Okinawan tofu.
The pajamas were incredibly comfortable and felt brand new. It's rare to find any odor, let alone that strange disinfectant smell. Many budget hotels I've stayed at in Japan struggle with this, so it's a commendable advantage!
The air conditioning in the rooftop communal bath's changing room was set perfectly, very comfortable.
Outside the laundry room, there were several lounge seats, convenient for waiting.
Downsides:
I couldn't find the dehumidifier button in the bathroom, and it didn't automatically activate even when it was damp.
The room door felt a bit thin; if you don't wake up early, you'll hear people walking by outside.

NNari.Staying at First Cabin Naha Airport offered a surprisingly seamless experience for a short transit night. What stood out most was how effortlessly everything worked—from stepping out of the international arrivals hall to checking into the compact cabin in just a few minutes. Despite its airport location, the space felt calm, with soft lighting and well-kept shared facilities that never felt crowded. The cabin itself was simple but thoughtfully arranged, providing enough privacy and comfort for a refreshing rest. Early-morning departures became stress-free, as I could reach the check-in counters without rushing. For travelers who value efficiency and a quiet place to reset between flights, this hotel delivers exceptional convenience.
XXiaozhuangtudouI highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Okinawa!!
It's close to Kenchomae, Naha Bus Terminal, and Kokusai Dori, right in the middle of everything. This means you avoid the long walk from Kokusai Dori to Kenchomae when joining tours or taking the bus, and it's convenient for taxis. There are two supermarkets less than ten meters across the street, and a Daikoku Drugstore less than 15 meters away. They offer a buffet breakfast in the morning, and the total price was just over 500.

MM230064****I stayed for 5 nights in a double room. The hotel is newly opened and the facilities are excellent, so overall I was quite satisfied.
Room: Among the Japanese hotels I've stayed in, the room was quite spacious, with beds accessible from three sides. The TV is an Android TV, allowing access to YouTube and Prime Video, and also provides real-time information on hotel restaurant occupancy and washing machine availability. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, and the mirror is heated to prevent fogging.
Public Facilities: The laundry room has 6 washing machines and 2 microwaves. It costs 800 JPY for 120 minutes, including washing and drying. There's a self-service breakfast on the first floor, and a bar on the top floor with a nice night view.
Transportation: There's a bus stop right outside named after the hotel, with direct buses to the airport and nearby shopping malls. The nearest monorail station is a 5-minute walk away.
Service: The staff were professional and friendly.
Noise: I stayed on the 7th floor facing the street this time, and it was quite noisy. There were loud modified cars at night, and fire engines passing by. One night, I was woken up twice by the noise.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel.
Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent.
Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.

KKiana MendozaPros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

DD44440******Cleanliness:** The room was impeccably clean. Housekeeping always completed cleaning punctually according to our requested time.
**Environment:** It's conveniently located near Shuri Castle, with a peaceful and quiet environment. The on-site Family Mart convenience store was extremely useful. There's a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, and plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby.
**Service:** The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection of food.
**Facilities:** The facilities are quite modern, especially for a hotel in Japan.
