"It is a nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage there before checking in, then I returned and checked in. They say there was some construction, so you could get 1 free drink for each night you stay. And I didn't hear noises, so it was a nice gift from the hotel. The Okinawa-style breakfast was awesome! If you need to cut nails, you can borrow scissors or a nail cutter. The internet upload speed is great, I was able to upload my photos and videos from the trip. There is a mall nearby, where you can buy Mango from Okinawa or something else. The hotel is not far from the monorail train, so it is convenient to get to the airport. And if you need to travel further into the island there is a bus stop. All of that makes it a good choice. I would like to visit this place again!"

"The hotel location os really good. The receptionist checked our room before we checked in, but we later noticed a few issues. The room was on the 8th floor, above the car park level, with views of the surrounding area and a glimpse of the ocean. The room was spacious. A fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses, coffee, an ice bucket, and toothbrushes with toothpaste were all provided in the room. It was convenient to check into the hotel after 10 pm. The problem with the room was the large amount of dust on the air conditioning unit and the walls, as well as traces of dust and mould. We would ask the staff to pay more attention to cleanliness. "Room is small for Mercure standard, however the location is excellent with the monorail almost at your doorstep. There is no surface and the car needs to go into an elevator. Charges for parking is applicable. Room cleaning is basic. Nice bathtub. The shampoo and body wash provided is good quality. There is a water dispenser on every floor and it dispenses really nice, cold water and also warm water. A kettle in the room with free tea options which they do not refill if you stay multiple nights."

"Taking a taxi from Naha Airport cost about 1000 yen. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided toiletries for the kids. We stayed in the new building, which was super convenient to get to: after checking in, you just turn right, then right again after you see Lawson, and it's a two or three-minute walk. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very handy, and it's an easy walk to the mall and Kokusai-dori. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Okinawa."

"The hotel facilities are new and clean, and the staff are professional and friendly. The mattress and pillows are just right, not too soft and not too firm. The shower pressure is strong. It's close to Kokusai Dori and the Kencho-mae bus stop, making it very convenient for transportation."

"The room was clean and spacious enough to fit our checked luggage, even for a family of three, it didn't feel cramped. The hotel breakfast area is small, but thankfully the variety is quite good, and you can definitely get a full meal. They also offer complimentary drinks in the afternoon. On our first day, a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member checked us in and explained everything thoroughly, even finding a three-prong adapter for me. Communication was seamless and very efficient. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Naha bus station, making transportation easy, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money."

"Please understand this is a solid unrenovated dingy 60s type hotel So if you lower your expectations and understand that's what it is this is but what it does have. -fantastic location 3 stops easy walk from airport - solid walls very quiet decent AC - bed is comfortable - linen was clean and fresh New looking towels - a bath big enough to use - 24-hour laundromat opposite - The fantastic co-op shopping centre opposite seriously the best cheapest sashimi you'll get in Japan worth it just for that store plus lots of other pre-packaged food and general groceries including vegetables -Post Office just across the road - A big C type Ultra cheap store just across the road - The Lawsons 24-hour convenience store just up the road a little bit - another chain store that sells a lot of household items including all of the personal stuff like creams and lotions - Aeon mall short walk to monorail and one stop away - Nice lobby excellent friendly stuff quick easy check-in checkout So it's a fantastic hotel If your coming in late Or you want to ease your way into Okinawa and have a look around but don't go and expecting good paint pristine It's well worn but everything works"
