LLukeChen1116The location is super convenient! It's only about 100 meters from Makishi Monorail Station, so it's really easy to find. You can easily walk to Kokusai Street for shopping. It offers great value for money, and the staff are very friendly. A major bonus is their complimentary drink bar on the 2nd floor, available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including local Okinawan beer (Oimo beer), which I thoroughly enjoyed for three days. They also offer free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Even though they're small bowls, they taste pretty good, and there's usually a long line for them – perfect as a late-night snack. Overall, this hotel in Naha is excellent from its location to its food and beverage offerings. Highly recommended for families with children.

PPhilTHighly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Naha, great location with modern and clean rooms. If you are renting a car, parking is a bit more of a hassle because the hotel parking is an automated underground parking system. Cars can only be accessed 1 at a time, so there might be a wait time. Besides the parking situation everything else was fine, staff was very friendly and helpful.

XXiangyizhilvxingdewoWe were traveling with a child, and the hotels in Yomitan and American Village allowed us to check in before 2 PM. The American Village hotel even let us have the room by 1 PM. However, this hotel required us to wait until 3 PM, although an early check-in was possible for an additional 2500 yen. There was some dust on the room floor that hadn't been cleaned. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip, the breakfast quality here was not as good, and the taste was mediocre. On the plus side, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of Kokusai Street, making it convenient for shopping. The small library and terrace on the 13th floor are nice spots to sit, have some coffee, and enjoy the view. I'm including a few unrelated pictures because there wasn't anything about the hotel itself worth photographing.

BBranka IlakovacThe hotel is clean and nice, in a good location. The rooms are smaller, but since I was alone, it was not a problem for me. The hotel is 2 minutes from the monorail station and 5 minutes from the main bus station of Naha. You can also reach the center of the nightlife with a short walk. An additional advantage of the hotel is the Donki store on the ground floor which is open until 3am so you can always buy something if you need it. The rooms have a washer and dryer, which is also very convenient for longer stays.

MM40722****Pros: 1. Spacious! Having stayed in many Japanese hotels, this one's room was big enough to open two 28-inch suitcases, with two chairs to sit on! All for less than 400, and with the favorable exchange rate, it actually cost less than when I booked. 2. Beautiful! The hotel is very new, and the rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of Naha (the terrace closes at 10 PM). Watching the Yui Rail train slowly pull into the station was incredibly relaxing! Great scenery! 3. Excellent service! Although the hotel doesn't provide hot water (there's a kettle, but we were wary of its cleanliness), when we asked at the front desk, they specially got us a cup from the coffee bar. 4. Well-equipped! There are six washing machines, an ice maker, and vending machines, which is very convenient. Check-out can be done directly via the TV, no need to go to the front desk, which is also great. 5. Very close to Ishigaki Beef restaurants, less than a five-minute walk, and many other BBQ places nearby. Cons: 1. There was indeed noise. Since the window faced the street, even with it closed, we could occasionally hear motorcycles roaring by at night. Luckily, we're good sleepers, but if you're sensitive to noise, you should be aware. 2. The location is just okay. While it was close to the breakfast spots and BBQ restaurants we wanted to try, it was a bit of a walk to the train station and Kokusai-dori. We had our luggage sent directly from the airport to the hotel and took a taxi to the airport when we left (around 70+ for the fare), so we didn't experience the struggle, but if you're lugging suitcases, it might be tiring? Kokusai-dori was fine on the way there, but after shopping, the walk back to the hotel felt quite tiring. 3. I'm not sure if this is typical for Okinawa, but the skincare products provided at the front desk felt very watery, and the packaging got wet easily, making it hard to squeeze out much without making a mess. I wasn't a fan of that. Overall, for me personally, the price, location, and environment were all great. I would choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

CcanarypThe photo shows the view from my room. The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better.

However, the room size is genuinely small; it's about 20 square meters, just enough space to open one suitcase. A family of three might find it better to opt for a room with an extra bed. The concierge, café, and laundry area are all located on the second floor, where you’ll also find a display space showcasing artwork and merchandise by local artists, adding a charming creative touch. Our room was clean and cozy, though slightly compact. We had to rearrange some furniture to open our luggage comfortably. The balcony was a highlight, offering a refreshing sea view and enhancing the overall relaxing, breezy atmosphere of the hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety of options, and the quality was satisfying. While the immediate surroundings are relatively quiet, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, AEON mart, and the popular Kokusai Dori Street, making it a good base for exploring the area.

OOceane JCI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of the spa facilities. The spa includes a sauna, a pool, an onsen, a cold bath, showers, and everything is very clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the fact that the spa is tattoo-friendly for both men and women. I have three medium-sized tattoos on my arms and saw other women who were even more tattooed than me — it was never an issue. I double-checked at the front desk, and they confirmed that tattoos are accepted. I'm highlighting this because I saw some other reviews saying the spa wasn't tattoo-friendly, but that was not my experience at all. The only downside I found is that the rooms are a bit noisy — you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways throughout the day, which is unfortunate. Also, the hotel is not exactly close to the city center; it's about a 15–20 minute walk. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the spa! Oh, and the bathrooms are nice haha!
