GGuest UserLiked this place a lot, although the curtains for capsules are quite uncomfortable to use (noisy and hard to close properly), the big bathtub and even sauna are the greatest things after a tough day. Very clean and they even have pajamas with different sizes! As for M/L European and 3xl in Asia it is quite a nice bonus😅

HhoiiikiiiService: I originally booked a private single room, but due to incorrect photos on Ctrip, my reservation ended up being for a capsule room. The staff mentioned they were aware of this problem, had already reported it to Ctrip, and were actively working to resolve it. Despite the initial booking mix-up, every staff member I met during my several-night stay was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness: Guests are required to remove their shoes at the hotel entrance, which keeps the entire place exceptionally clean and tidy. Both the restrooms and shower rooms were spotless. It offers truly excellent value for money.
Environment: The overall hotel environment is very comfortable, clean, and completely free of any unpleasant odors. I happened to be located in a spot that benefited well from the central air conditioning, ensuring a very comfortable stay.

FFoufousThey send you instead for self-check in which is fine. But when you face issues with your stay then there’s no one you can directly talk to, someone from the dorm took the bed fhat was assigned to me by mistake so I just took another bed instead but the bedsheets had hair on them. I think they need to check their washing machine because the sheets seemed clean and washed so maybe the machine just needs maintenance. It’s good for budget stays with free washing machine to use, kitchen and water dispenser.

But the person in charge was smiling and friendly.
The room was spacious.
The bathroom felt a little old, and the jetted bath was out of order.
Considering the room was spacious, the only place to use water was in the sink, which was a shame, even though there was a microwave and a spacious dining space.
It was nice that we could freely choose towels from the hallway.

호호텔콜렉터After getting off at Makishi Station, you should enter the market street in front of Starbucks along Kokusai Dori.
It is more than 10 minutes on foot from there, and it is attractive to visit the market shops every time, but there were a lot of cockroaches running around that street at night, so I was suspicious of the hygiene.
The staff greeted me a little in Korean,
but they did not show any consideration or manners, such as carrying my luggage up the stairs.
The 2nd floor is a shared dormitory, and the 3rd floor is mainly composed of private rooms.
It is not a problem with the hotel, but if you meet a Chinese person staying long term,
that can be a variable.
The toast sold for 880 yen looks delicious,
and the coffee is better than expected.
The air conditioner is also cool and works well.
The 2nd floor bed ladder is steep and the ceiling is high, so it can be dangerous.
I gave up on doing laundry in the shared washing machine because it was so dirty.

GGuest UserVery nice experience. The staff is very helpful, we had a traffic jam on the day of arrival, but he waited us and provided professional service. The hotel is clear and we enjoyed. The parking site was a bit snall but the staff changed to a bigger parking site for us. So satisfied.

GGuest UserThere was no toothbrush. If there is one at the front desk, please let me know. The parking lot was full and the closest one was a 20-minute walk away. I think it's about that long from the airport. The location was okay because there were convenience stores and izakayas nearby.

GGuest UserThere was a feeling of cleanliness and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient and it was easy to go out for sightseeing and dining. The staff was polite and relieved. I didn't feel any inconvenience because I had enough facilities and amenities. Overall, I am satisfied with it and would like to use it when visiting Naha.

我我旅故我在You know, at this price point, what else can you say? If you demand more, you will have to increase your budget and stay in another room. In other words, there must be shortcomings, but you can sleep, take a shower and stay for one night. Of course, there may be people chatting outside the room while you sleep, so it's up to you!
