OOffdutycrewA petit capsule hotel with nice amenities. Good bath facilities and staff. Located in city center with subway just a few minutes from it. Great experience

CCallum Jamel AzamWhile my stay here was OK it’s a capsule hotel. It has a nice sauna and spa kind of area which is good for guests. I locked my case in the upstairs bedroom area where other people were looking at their case and when I came back, my case was open. I was very disappointed to feel that other guests may have gone through my things. It’s still basically a hostile so be careful when you’re traveling. You can leave your suitcase down at the front desk. Remember to takeoff your shoes when you enter. The staff were very helpful.

GGuest UserThe receptionist and cleaning were more friendly and very good!
The bed was fluffy, clean and comfortable, and I was able to spend a leisurely time in the pool.
I will use it again.
HHAO_123Although the room was a bit small, it had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. I personally liked it. The hotel's location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson right downstairs, and Kokusai-dori (International Street) just a 3-minute walk away. The hotel staff were also very polite. Recommended.

MMattyFA great location, good value, and a comfortable bed. I slept well for 4 nights. However, although the room was spotless (clean floor etc) the bedcover was disgusting. It was covered with horrible greasy stains, probably from people eating sitting on the bed. The sheets underneath were perfectly clean, but who wants to lie in bed risking touching such a disgusting bedcover even just with their arms? Luckily it was warm, so I could take it off the bed and just used the sheet. There was also a depressing brown and dirty-looking cover on the old arm chair, so I didn’t sit in it. Why put effort into keeping the room clean and ruin it with these two disgusting (and depressing) brown covers?!

GGuest UserGood: Perfect location, super friendly staff, facilities are good.
Improvements: It is probably an exception, but my bed clothes were dirty (hairs, stains, ithcy). No more beds should be added to the dormitories, they already feel too crowded.

DDodo_SalleyThe place is close to the port if you want to explore the islands. Olivia and the Japanese staff were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place
NnomadsenseiIt is good to see staff members from 2016. The location is considered very good as it is close to the museum and shopping mall with many nice shops and a supermarket. It is appreciated they have coffee and some simple breakfast to jumpstart your day.
Most of the staff members are very kind and professional. Especially the cute tall young lady in the morning, the very professional and warm foreign lady, and the tall handsome young man who is exceptionally professional and helpful.
Generally the staff is wonderful EXCEPT that lady from Sendai. She shouldn't work at a front desk of a hotel. The front desk is across from the door, only 30 centimeters from guests but she won't even bow her head. I noticed she was cold and unfriendly to an older Japanese guest, too. It is disrespectful

GGuest UserThere was no toothbrush. If there is one at the front desk, please let me know. The parking lot was full and the closest one was a 20-minute walk away. I think it's about that long from the airport. The location was okay because there were convenience stores and izakayas nearby.
我我旅故我在You know, at this price point, what else can you say? If you demand more, you will have to increase your budget and stay in another room. In other words, there must be shortcomings, but you can sleep, take a shower and stay for one night. Of course, there may be people chatting outside the room while you sleep, so it's up to you!
