The 22m long infinity pool (heated pool) offers a spectacular view.

"Really enjoyed my 6 nights stay at The Nest Naha. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. They do room cleaning every 3 days but also provide daily towel replacements, trash clearing and two bottles of water every day, so that’s perfect for me. The free drinks from 6–7pm each evening was a welcome bonus. The infinity pool on Level 14 looked amazing — didn’t get to use it this time, but that’s reason enough to return. Missed their breakfast too, so plenty to look forward to on the next visit. Location-wise, it’s very convenient. Close to Asahibashi Monorail Station, so getting to the airport or Kokusai Dori is easy. Lots of restaurants nearby and three konbini within walking distance, which is always handy. Parking at the hotel is ¥1,800/day, which is a bit steep, but there are cheaper options close by so it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, solid hotel with a great location. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back."

LLinyinaiFacilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine. Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English. Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.

AAnonymous UserGreat stay at this Hotel ocean. Kids friendly, located by the main street and just a few mins walk to the walking street. 5 mins walk to the monorail.Very convenient. Great pool for kids. Not too deep, even four years old kid can stand and play with confidence. The pool offer free Floats eg donuts, mats, etc. There are 2 coins operated washing/drying machines. And so many stuff you can just take to use eg extra chairs, small fans, camping lights etc like in the pics I posted. Also there are selections of pillows to choose for your own comfort, so much selections of shampoos, baby’s soap to choose by yourself. 24 hrs drinks/tea/coffee. Play area for your kids. And some activities for your kids to do. The staff are helpful and always there for you. Even when I was there late night chitchat in common area. The room we had was family room for 4. Cozy and enough space for our bags. Overall. We had a great experience. Thank you.

燊哥The hotel is located bear the heart of 國際通屋台村(夜市) 3 Chome-11-17 Makishi, Naha with 10 minutes walk only and it is surrounded by many Japanese restaurants and the Family Mart and 7-11 convenient stores are just next to the hotel. The hotel staff are nice and helpful and being extremely polite. The hotel breakfast is a classic Japanese breakfast. It is very delicious and feeling great to be well treated.

LLinksoThe hotel's location is super convenient, right opposite Miebashi Station and close to Kokusai Dori. Plus, the pick-up point for tour groups and the bus terminal are just around the corner, making transportation a breeze – perfect for those not driving. The hotel's design features a charming wood theme with soft lighting, giving it a really warm, harmonious, and stylish feel. As for facilities and cleanliness, everything was immaculate. This time I stayed in a Premium King Room, which was spacious enough to open two large suitcases without any problem. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

CcheerjadeupOverall, it's a pretty standard place, though the rooms are quite spacious compared to other options in the city. The chair at the vanity is a thoughtful touch. It's quite close to Kokusai Dori, but there isn't much else around. The hotel has two main entrances, which can make it confusing for taxis, as they might drop you off at the wrong one – a particular hassle if you're carrying luggage. There are several restaurants within the hotel, and for breakfast, the Japanese options are definitely tastier than the Western ones.

JJiangbiandewuI booked two separate reservations for a two-day stay! Please refer to my previous review for more details.😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!

GGuest UserClean room and polite staff. Got few souvenir shops to do shopping. The view is spectacular. It would be better if the balcony floor is cleaner, not with stain.

GGraceLcmWe arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

GGuest UserI only took family photos, so I don't have any photos of the hotel itself, but I'll try to break down the pros and cons in as much detail as possible. The pros are: It's close to the airport and on the outskirts, so it's quiet. Personally, what I liked most was that the guests were mostly Japanese families, without any crowds. They were polite and respectful, and the atmosphere was great, allowing for a comfortable stay. The hot springs and sauna are open from morning until late. There's a souvenir shop and convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient. Breakfast offers a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, but the menu is the same for all three days, so keep that in mind if you're planning on having breakfast back-to-back. The cons are: Because it's an older hotel, the facilities are old and don't feel very clean. The carpets in the guest rooms, especially the ones connected to the hallways, are obviously dirty. You have to wear shoes or slippers anywhere except on the bed, which was inconvenient. There seem to be rooms without carpet, but you'll have to look into it based on your personal preferences. The most inconvenient part of the experience was the walkway. The walkway between the main building and the annex is long, and the elevators have different floor numbers, which can be confusing (in the main building, you press the 2nd floor button, and in the annex, you press the 3rd floor button). The annex also has elevators at both ends, one for floors 1-6, the other for floors 2-12. For example, if you're in a room on the 11th floor and want to get to the first floor, you have to take the elevator on the left to the 3rd floor, then the elevator at the opposite end, and then go back to the first floor. LOL The microwave is only on the first floor, and I had a really hard time using it once. I was a bit confused as to why they made it this way. And parking is 1,800 yen per day. There's also a private parking lot right in front for 700 yen. You can just park in the annex if there's an empty space... Instead, if you park in the paid mechanical parking lot, they'll check your ticket when you enter and exit, and it takes a long time. Absolutely don't do it.

GGuest UserThe room can accommodate four adults comfortably, with four beds. The hotel is located near Shuri Castle, a bit tucked away from the main road. We had the breakfast buffet, explored during the day, and then got our evening snacks from the convenience store in the hotel lobby. We couldn't use the deep end of the pool because it was quite crowded. Only two bottles of water were provided on the check-in day. Both the housekeeping and front desk services were excellent! They also have staff who speak Chinese. Overall, a great experience.
