The location is super convenient, really close to Makishi Station. The room was quite small, but the hotel has a hot spring bath and a small pool, so the facilities are pretty comprehensive overall. Plus, it's right in Kokusai Street, surrounded by amazing food!

The location is fantastic! It's just a 5-minute walk from Makishi Station, right in the heart of Kokusai Street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room views are also excellent, and there's a free public bath and a swimming pool available.

The location is super convenient, right at the entrance of Kokusai-dori. I booked a twin room and it was more than enough space for one person; I could spread out my luggage freely. The bathroom was also quite spacious. I couldn't tell if it had been renovated, but it wasn't too old either.

This hotel is located in the most bustling part of Kokusai Street, less than a ten-minute walk from Makishi Station. Kokusai Street is right outside the hotel, and there are three convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart) all within 100 meters. For a Japanese hotel, the room isn't small at all; it's more than enough space for one person, and probably just right for two. The front desk staff is quite responsible. There's an outdoor pool, which I'd heard was closed in December, but I actually saw people swimming. There's also a hot tub on the second floor, similar to hotels I've seen in Hokkaido. Overall, it's a good place, and I'd consider staying here again next time.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!

Great location. Hot bath was a bonus. Due to rain, couldn’t use the pool at all. Walking distance to all amenities.

I'm not sure if this was intentional racial discrimination, but when I checked in around 3 PM, the front desk assigned me a room on the second floor, right next to the large public bath and laundry room. I noticed this and asked for a higher-floor room, but the front desk staff immediately said they were fully booked. However, it was still early in the check-in period, and I later saw many people checking in and out, so my check-in wasn't particularly late.
Upon entering the room, I found its location to be terrible (right next to the frequently used public bath, the constantly running laundry room machines, and a vending machine). Furthermore, there was a constant low-frequency noise from machinery running inside the room. Unable to tolerate it, I went back to the front desk to request a room change. A man who spoke English expressionlessly asked me, 'Did you move anything in the room?' After I said no, he emotionlessly checked the room availability and then said he would show me another room. On the way, he lectured me, saying I should have told them my preferences earlier. I explained that I had put a request for a quiet room in the booking platform notes, but he said they couldn't see requests from the platform and that I should call directly in advance. He then added that I was lucky this time that a higher-category room was available for an upgrade, implying it wouldn't always be the case.
Although my persistence eventually led to a room upgrade, the entire process was unpleasant. Throughout it all, they never showed any apology for giving me such a terrible room; in fact, I felt as if I was inconveniencing them.
