Great
LlolohollyThe room was tiny, definitely more suitable for one person, but that's typical for Japan compared to back home. Despite its size, it was fully equipped and functional, plus super clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was decent, and the restaurant itself was huge, available for free use day and night. Given the price, it's incredible value for money, haha!

KKiana MendozaPros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel.
Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent.
Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.

JJoe Nathanael ChowWe had a good stay at Comfort Inn Naha Tomari. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from the main shopping district.
Since we had a rental car, we appreciated the staff’s clear explanation of the parking fees and procedure. The hotel uses a car lift system, which was easy to navigate—just drive in, and the staff will assist with retrieving the car when needed.
The room itself wasn’t very big but was sufficient for two people. However, the pillows were quite flat and hard, making them a bit uncomfortable. We requested extra pillows the next day, which helped.
Unfortunately, our experience was slightly marred on the last day. Check-out was at 10 AM, and we asked for just a one-hour late check-out. The middle-aged staff member with glasses was rather rude in refusing our request. Out of courtesy, we checked out 15 minutes before 10 AM and let him know we would stay a bit longer to have a coffee (as the hotel provides complimentary drinks). His expression showed clear annoyance, which made us feel unwelcome—though we had our coffee anyway.
Despite this, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the check-out experience could have been handled with more hospitality.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for 3 nights in December.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest station.
There are many apartments around, so it feels like a residential area. It's quiet. There aren't many places to eat, but there are plenty if you go around the station.
The guesthouse's parking lot was full, but there were many coin parks nearby, so it wasn't a problem.
It felt like a one-room apartment turned into a lodging facility, with a separate bathroom and toilet and a bathtub. There was also a balcony and a clothesline, so you could hang out your laundry! There is a drum-type washing machine (paid). ^ ^.
The refrigerator had separate freezer and refrigerator sections, so it was good that the ice didn't melt!
It was also good that there were many outlets!
*The staff were not there at night, so I returned before I could receive towels, but I was able to contact them immediately and they were happy to bring them to my room. The staff were all very kind.
Thank you very much!
It's good value for money, so I would definitely use it again.

CCyril Jhames MaglaqueFirst of all a lot of people don't get the purpose of these types of room. A small and single bed is meant for only staying for a night of couple days. Unless you're just trying to save money then this is definitely best for the budget, you get what you paid for. Yes its small but this is not a resort, the room is meant for people who likes to go outside and only need a place to sleep.
The problem with the room I had was the AC is too weak that I was having trouble sleeping at night because it's hot, I literally had to open the refrigerator and put it on max just to cool down the room. I wish there is a wall plug next or closer to the bed so I charge my phone while it's next to me. Next is the the pillow which it pretty uncomfortable for me because it has beans inside rather than cotton. And lastly the window, there is no point of putting a window if I can't even see outside. When you open the window there is another glass behind it that you cant see anything.
Checking out is easy, all you have to do is drop the key on the box but checking in is weird because I have to put my info on a iPad and take a video of myself and a picture of my passport. Please bring your passport when you're staying here but maybe an ordinary identification will be fine.

GGuest UserThe room was basic but also very clean. A good healty breakfast every morning directly to your room for cheap. The hotel was fairly close to a couple of bus stops and a monorail station. Overall I would say it's perfect for the price!
IImmanuel WangAlthough the location is in a weathered area, it does not affect safety at all. On the contrary, it is very lively. The room is quite adequate and there is a dryer. The room design is good. You can watch TV while taking a bath. The only thing you should pay attention to is Yes, it is a self-service check-in. There are two tablet computers at the small door after entering the entrance. Please note that they do not have a counter. Don't go to the restaurant at the entrance to ask, they will not be happy.

GGuest UserGood point.
• Facing Kokusai-dori, access to tourist spots was good. Convenient to go anywhere and perfect as a base for sightseeing.
• Good cost performance and comfortable while suppressing accommodation costs.
I'm worried.
• It was good that there was a smell of water red in the shower room and the cleaning was a little more thorough.
• I felt noisy at night because it was along Kokusai-dori. I think you can spend more comfortably if you have measures such as improving the soundproofing of the curtains.

GGuest UserI stayed for one night on a business trip.
Close to the station and the movement was smooth.
The Wi-Fi environment was good and the desk was comfortable, so the work progressed.
Check-in out was smooth and time was effectively used.
I would like to use it when I am on a business trip.
