XXiaozhuangtudouI highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Okinawa!!
It's close to Kenchomae, Naha Bus Terminal, and Kokusai Dori, right in the middle of everything. This means you avoid the long walk from Kokusai Dori to Kenchomae when joining tours or taking the bus, and it's convenient for taxis. There are two supermarkets less than ten meters across the street, and a Daikoku Drugstore less than 15 meters away. They offer a buffet breakfast in the morning, and the total price was just over 500.

I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip.

👍 What I liked:
• Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience.
• Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay.
• Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
• Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car.
• Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
• Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.

👎 What could be improved:
• Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area.
• Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience.
• Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel.
Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent.
Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.

AAdele BrielleVery value for money! Room was a good size, amenities were sufficient. Linen change (per request) everyday and given new towels everyday. Breakfast included was good, there’s a variety of options to choose from, their taco rice was delicious! About 15-17 mins walk to kokusai dori. Train stations and bus about 5-7 mins walk away.

The staff was friendly and I didn't use the kitchen
There's no washing machine
Naminoue Beach and a temple are close by
Family Mart is 1 minute and 3 minutes away. Tsushi Mart is small, but they have homemade rice and lunch boxes, and it's Okinawa-like. Aeon Value Mart is also about 10 minutes away
There are many delicious restaurants, such as steak restaurants, nearby.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to travel to Okinawa, and I didn't have any guide. I stayed at a B&B in Naminoue for the first two days, and chose a hotel that was convenient for shopping, dining, and group tours for the next four days. I was not very familiar with the hotel on the first day, but it was very convenient after a few days. It was a short walk to AEON and close to Kokusai-dori, so I could go shopping every day.

NnbsjxThe room is a bit old, built in 1970, as a family inheritance enterprise hotel, has been the third generation.
The service is not said, and all basic requirements can be met.
But the cleaning of the room needs to be strengthened, there is quite a lot of gray, the cleaning is timely, and the details should be paid more attention to.

The room is small, but the space is fully utilized. The bathtub, shower, laundry, dryer, and bathroom are separated... The circulation is appropriate and the planning is great.
