"I stayed for two nights, and the dinner menu changed on the second night, so I enjoyed it again. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, so I was satisfied and never got bored. The room with a view of Ago Bay was also comfortable."

"This time we stayed here on a family trip. Because it was New Year's, the hotel was full and there was no place to park our car, so we parked in the parking lot where the staff also parked. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a villa, which had a high ceiling, a great view, and was very spacious. One thing that was disappointing was that the breakfast was not very tasty or plentiful considering the price. Unlike a buffet, there was a limit to the number of people, so we had to wait in our room for about 30 minutes in the morning, so if you are in a hurry to leave in the morning, it would be better to give yourself plenty of time to go and eat breakfast. Although the breakfast was disappointing, the other services were very good."

"The view is great. It was great that there was all-you-can-drink alcohol in the lounge. The hot springs were clean and there was a sauna, and they also provided free ice cream, which was great. I think it would be even better if they could increase the number of places to get ice cream when it's busy (it's self-service, so there was a line)."

"The check-in feeling is really great. We went through a lot of twists and turns to check in to the hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel's services and facilities! We arrived at the hotel late, and the lobby customer service staff also arranged a room with a pleasant view for us. I was really amazed when I saw the view outside the window! "Stay for one night to visit the Shima Spain Village. The location is a little bit far from the main station. However, the hotel have shuttle bus service and we could arrive the destination smoothly. The room is clean, the free hot spring (onsen) is good, the buffet-style breakfast is not bad, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a nice stay."

"We arrived early on the day of check-in and waited briefly in the lobby before being escorted to our room around 3:00. We were given a large twin room with tatami mats. While the furniture was a bit worn, it was very clean. The air conditioner was a Daikin brand and looked brand new. The staff, though not very numerous, were very helpful. Breakfast was a Japanese set menu delivered to the room. Kashikojima Station is less than a ten-minute walk away, and the hotel offers a morning shuttle service. Kashikojima gradually becomes quiet around 5:00 or 6:00, and restaurants and convenience stores at the station close by 6:00. We didn't book dinner at the hotel, so we took the train two stops later to eat."

"The view from the window was very beautiful. The room was clean and I was able to relax. The surrounding shops will close in the evening, but with the kindness of the hotel, I was able to drive to the recommended restaurant. It was very helpful because the number of trains was limited. I want to stay again!"

"We stayed with a total of 4 people with 3 adult friends and 1 4 year old child. The pool was available until 18:00 on the same day and 10:00 the next day 〜 14:00 at an additional fee, and there was a jet relaxing corner in the indoor heated pool and it was quite refreshing. The hot springs after that were free and fun."

"Great and fresh food. There 21 rooms altogether in the hotel and the dining room is spacious for the guests. The big bath area is good with an open area. There is staff speaks good english."
