GGuest UserI have two feelings about this stay.
1. The photo posted by this website was a lie - the room was very different to the reality. For a start there was no in room onsen and that had been a major factor in me making this booking. I was really disappointed on arrival.
2. However it has to be said the staff are fabulous, the food excellent and everything about the place shows a tremendous attention to detail. After a lovely long soak in the Onsen available to guests and a fabulous dinner my mood was quite recovered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for someone looking for a luxurious retreat and plan to return myself.

AAnonymous UserIt's perfect! The hotel is run like this, it is definitely a model.
The hotel has a BMW car to pick up at the station, and you can start watching the Aman hotel videos around the world when you get on the car.
The entire hotel area is a large botanical garden, all the buildings are in Japanese style, and the Japanese courtyard is even more exquisite.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and luxurious, with various free mini bars and top-notch SPA. Together, it is not just as simple as being away from the hustle and bustle... Even the street lights on the roadside at night are so high-end.
The hotel's service is gentle, considerate, and polite.
The dining level is first-class!

１ Two is that the bath is small
２ The wall was rough and the child was injured on the wall of the bedroom.
I thought that wall was very dangerous if I had a small child...
I wish I could be careful, but it's fun and the children are so funny that I can't take my eyes off. 〜 laughter

GGuest UserStayed here for five days, it is too beautiful to say, the boss and the proprietress are super good, the scenery is charming. That is, breakfast is fixed for one person every day, all the same, there is no choice, if you live for a long time, you will be tired of breakfast.
I travel here every year and stay here next time.

GGuest UserThe bath, where the scent of cypress filled the building, was amazing.
The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options.
We were able to go fishing before dinner and breakfast, and my husband was very satisfied as he caught rockfish, pufferfish, and horse mackerel.
This is an inn we would definitely like to visit again.

GGuest UserWe stayed with a total of 4 people with 3 adult friends and 1 4 year old child. The pool was available until 18:00 on the same day and 10:00 the next day 〜 14:00 at an additional fee, and there was a jet relaxing corner in the indoor heated pool and it was quite refreshing.
The hot springs after that were free and fun.

YYuantianmiaoziFamily ４ There aren't many inns where people can stay in one room, but she prepared my mother's cot, and the room was made into a large room with ２ room. Thank you very much. The facility itself is certainly old. However, since it is a hotel with sufficient ingenuity and service to spend the room comfortably, I think it is a comfortable accommodation. There is no big problem with taking parents who are old and have difficulty walking. Mr. Nakai? However, it was a hotel with a warm impression that served me hard.
