GGuest UserI have two feelings about this stay.
1. The photo posted by this website was a lie - the room was very different to the reality. For a start there was no in room onsen and that had been a major factor in me making this booking. I was really disappointed on arrival.
2. However it has to be said the staff are fabulous, the food excellent and everything about the place shows a tremendous attention to detail. After a lovely long soak in the Onsen available to guests and a fabulous dinner my mood was quite recovered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for someone looking for a luxurious retreat and plan to return myself.

AAnonymous UserIt's perfect! The hotel is run like this, it is definitely a model.
The hotel has a BMW car to pick up at the station, and you can start watching the Aman hotel videos around the world when you get on the car.
The entire hotel area is a large botanical garden, all the buildings are in Japanese style, and the Japanese courtyard is even more exquisite.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and luxurious, with various free mini bars and top-notch SPA. Together, it is not just as simple as being away from the hustle and bustle... Even the street lights on the roadside at night are so high-end.
The hotel's service is gentle, considerate, and polite.
The dining level is first-class!

GGuest UserThe check-in was at night, so the road just in front of the hotel was a little scary, but it was a road that was not scary at all when I went to the bright time the next morning.
It was easy to go because the public bath was right after getting off the elevator.
This time I stayed without meals, but next time I wanted to stay with meals.

I took my pet, so I stayed here where my pet could stay with me.
There was no particular smell, and I think the dog and we were able to slow down very much.
The dinner was rich in quantity and number of items and was very satisfied.
I wanted to come again if I had the opportunity.

GGuest UserThe bath, where the scent of cypress filled the building, was amazing.
The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options.
We were able to go fishing before dinner and breakfast, and my husband was very satisfied as he caught rockfish, pufferfish, and horse mackerel.
This is an inn we would definitely like to visit again.
