"Stay for one night to visit the Shima Spain Village. The location is a little bit far from the main station. However, the hotel have shuttle bus service and we could arrive the destination smoothly. The room is clean, the free hot spring (onsen) is good, the buffet-style breakfast is not bad, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a nice stay."

"We arrived early on the day of check-in and waited briefly in the lobby before being escorted to our room around 3:00. We were given a large twin room with tatami mats. While the furniture was a bit worn, it was very clean. The air conditioner was a Daikin brand and looked brand new. The staff, though not very numerous, were very helpful. Breakfast was a Japanese set menu delivered to the room. Kashikojima Station is less than a ten-minute walk away, and the hotel offers a morning shuttle service. Kashikojima gradually becomes quiet around 5:00 or 6:00, and restaurants and convenience stores at the station close by 6:00. We didn't book dinner at the hotel, so we took the train two stops later to eat."

"This time we stayed here on a family trip. Because it was New Year's, the hotel was full and there was no place to park our car, so we parked in the parking lot where the staff also parked. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a villa, which had a high ceiling, a great view, and was very spacious. One thing that was disappointing was that the breakfast was not very tasty or plentiful considering the price. Unlike a buffet, there was a limit to the number of people, so we had to wait in our room for about 30 minutes in the morning, so if you are in a hurry to leave in the morning, it would be better to give yourself plenty of time to go and eat breakfast. "It was great. The all-you-can-drink option in the lounge was amazing. It's common to get just one welcome drink when you arrive, but this was the first time I've stayed at a hotel with all-you-can-drink. My whole family was thrilled. We didn't have any food, so we brought our own. That's another fond memory. The only thing I was disappointed about was that we couldn't use the night pool. They refused because there were too many people paying. The hot springs were also great. The ice cream I had after my bath was delicious! Thank you very much."

The drinks after the bath and the coffee in the lounge are delicious. The grounds are spacious and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The free tour to watch the sunset and the stargazing where you can hear explanations about the stars while holding a laser up to the stars were great. You can see Venus, Jupiter, Mars, and the Pleiades star cluster with the naked eye. I would like to go back in the warmer months. The hotel was quite warm and comfortable even in winter."

"It was a wonderful hotel. Not only the rooms, but also the spa and dining area. I regret that we couldn't explore everything because it was raining. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was no staff there to wait for the spa return card or to greet other customers who had come to the spa, but even during those times it was a space where we could spend without feeling irritated. There were no other issues that were of particular concern. The spa is also by reservation only, so there were not many people and we were able to relax. "The hotel is on the island of Dokano, drive to the dock parking lot, and then carry luggage on the boat. It is inconvenient to encounter heavy rain when you check in, but the hotel hot springs and food quality are not wrong."

The service here is perfect. I checked in on my birthday. When checking in, I was asked to choose whether the check-in was on my birthday anniversary. I didn't want to bother others to choose sightseeing. As a result, the staff of the French restaurant on the 5th floor sent greeting cards and beautiful desserts. The chef came to bless me kindly, gentle and decent. Please experience the hotel's cruise ship. 3,600 yen per person is very worthwhile. It takes 45 minutes to visit Ago Bay. The memorial hall of the G7 meeting is a few minutes away from the building next door, and the car can be sent there at any time. In addition to good facilities, this hotel can host high-level meetings. More importantly, there is a perfect service team here. Everything is great. Staying for one night is unsatisfactory. 11 is the commemoration of Yamazaki Toyoko's stay in ”White Tower” that I like. I recommend the French restaurant on the 5th floor, which has a better view and the dishes taste great. I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor, but the view was a little worse and the taste was a little salty."
