"Hotel is very nice, big hotel we choose the room is annex room and have to walk and find the aisle its quite difficult to find . The onsen is good, annex building have onsen too and also mountain stone sauna, some area is pay area and have free area as well, have to ask, not all the staff can speak english i think only 1 staff can speak english and very friendly.
