Gentleman at reception was so kind to let us into our room on 2nd floor. No lifts and we had 4 luggages for 2 females. Appreciate so much for sending them to the room. Apologies for the trouble but we were spending 1mth in Hokkaido. We stayed 3nights and were very satisfied with room. It's kept to the basic and towels were thin but it's fine as room was very clean and tidy. Rate is unbeatable and stay was pleasant throughout. Thank you for the kind hospitality. For those who don't drive, bus-stop is walking distance to/from Mashu Station.
