"The hotel is a bit of a drive from Karuizawa JR Station, about 35 minutes, and there's a toll fee. However, the scenery along the way is beautiful. Shiraito Falls is about 10 minutes away. The hotel parking lot is ample and very convenient.
The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hot springs are both indoor and outdoor, with an orange-brown color and a mild odor. Unfortunately, the outdoor hot springs don't allow for a view of the sky.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of options and are delicious.
This hotel has a very resort-like feel and I'd definitely return if I had the chance.

"The ********* and Japanese staff at Manza Ski Resort were enthusiastic, considerate and polite. I will come again for this reason. The hot springs were a pleasant surprise. I also soaked in another hotel's hot springs. Honey was super happy. Although the food was average, the overall cost performance was super high. Recommended. The experience of driving in circles on the snow was an adventure. Fortunately, there was a hotel car to pick us up."
"Private and quiet, the room is high-grade, there is a toilet without a shower, the door and door of the toilet room are unreasonable and will meet. The food is rich and large, the fish is delicious, the side dishes are salty and bitter."

"A very cost-effective accommodation experience. You must stay here when you come to Karuizawa in winter! It feels like arriving in Europe! I don’t know why I want a TV here? The snow scenery alone is worth the price of admission. I really want to come and stay here every winter~"
"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the natural hot spring water of the hotel. The buffet of the hotel is very good. The room with the mountain view is particularly comfortable. You can enjoy the scenery in the room."

Amazing
LLLLLLLL2I was looking forward to this cottage♩It lived up to my expectations✨Everything was provided and it was almost too luxurious❣️The interior and exterior of the room were all stylish spaces, and I thought it would be great to live in a house like this♫I'd love to use it again for another luxurious stay🩵🩵🩵🩵
ううめぼしさんI stayed with three families!
The location is great and the room is pretty clean!
Although it is in the mountains, there are about 2 convenience stores about 5 minutes by car, so it is safe even in the event of a chance!
It was fun!
Thank you!
77upThe location is a bit far on the top of the mountain. There is snow when driving up there, but the road is still passable. The traditional Japanese tatami is very clean. The room only has a toilet and a washbasin. There is no bathroom. You have to go to the large bathhouse in the lobby to take a shower. This is a bit inconvenient. The biggest problem is that you have to walk about 100 meters out of the hotel to soak in the hot springs. It is cold outside. The road is dark and slippery, so I don’t recommend it if there are elderly people or children. One night, two meals a night, there was a buffet. It was the worst dining hall I had in Japan. I got up at around 8 o’clock in the morning to freshen up and get ready for breakfast, and went to the dining hall. It’s not open. It turns out that it’s over at 9:00. I haven’t tried the hotel and it’s over at 9:00. I can only drive down the mountain to find a place to eat by myself. The place is good and the scenery is beautiful, but I really won’t go there again.
AAnonymous UserUnfortunately, the vending machine on the floor where I stayed was out of service. There is no convenience store near the hotel, so it would be nice if the store had a wider variety of products. The room was clean and the illumination from the window was beautiful. The hot springs are also nice! I would like to use it again during ski season.
