"On arrival I was met with a really nice welcome. The courtesy and service received was great. The room was very nice and clean and the AC was great it was nice an cool. The resort was just Fab, with various different entertainments to see and enjoy. The variety of food was also really nice. Room service attendants were great and were always polite and friendly. They were also great when it came to the daily cleaning of the room/bed and the bathroom too was also cleaned well, including clean towels all the time. I really liked the view of the sea from the hotel, it was amazing. The beach and pool areas at the resort were great, and nice areas to relax around! Don’t forget sun lotion as the weather was really hot during the stay. They also had massage facilities and it was nice too where they offer a variety of body massage options to suit your needs. The also have a shop with various gifts for tourists too. Great service and hospitality received during my stay. 😁 Will definitely consider this place on future travels to Kenya. "The Lake view room was a lot worse than the other one that I stayed in. The humidity was awful. The air-conditioning doesn't work properly and have enough of an effect. The internet did work better though. The rooms away from the lake are more spacious and better ventilated.  Nonetheless, as a whole it is a good hotel. "

"The room was OK, but there were some bugs and ants. I only gave a bad review for the room card. The air conditioner was out of power and could not work. It was very hot every day when I walked in from outside. The hotel is directly connected to the public beach, which is quite convenient. You can go to the beach at any time."

"Wonderful location, walking distance to Fort Jesus. Great breakfast, lovely restaurant. Comfortable room with free coffee and tea, rooms with balcony facing street or to courtyard. Very friendly and professional staff, a truly welcoming place. Historic building, well preserved."

"The location of hotel is good, the view of room is amazing but we didn't have warm water for taking a shower, you must take a shower with salty cold water, and the staff only say ”sorry”. It's suitable for short-term."

"Traveling with my son, we booked a package that includes three meals. This is an older hotel, the decoration is not new, but the overall maintenance is still very good, the management is standardized, and the staff is well-trained. The architectural planning of the entire park is well-arranged, with the relaxation and stretching of a resort hotel, the gardens and plants are well maintained, and there is its own private beach. The swimming pool uses sea water, which is comfortable. The view and scale of the room are quite comfortable. When the weather is good, dinner is in the open air. The singer's voice is very mellow, and there is a dance performance afterwards (the dancers should be hotel employees,) The atmosphere is very good. During the day, there will be someone smiling at you anywhere in the hotel? And ask if you need help or service. Special thanks to Pamela, her interaction and companionship with the children left a deep impression on the children, and my son likes her very much. In addition to the interaction by the pool and at dinner, they also made bracelets together. Let the children have a relaxing and happy time. The only drawback is that there are almost no vegetables at breakfast, and the flavor is relatively simple compared to dinner. If I come again next time, I probably won’t consider this mode of including three meals."

"A beautiful, atmospheric hotel. Incredibly responsive and kind staff. Very delicious food. At the restaurant on the shore of ”Jazz” excellent, fresh seafood. Room cleaning is good, there is preparation of the room for sleep. We asked for late departure, in 17-00, because of the flight delay. We were free to extend our stay and gave another room, with ocean view, and helped carry things. Like a pool very much, good depth up to 2.2m. The area of the hotel is very tidy and green, everything is flowering. There are wild monkeys, their guards are chasing out of the horn))"
