"I was in a rush to get back to Shanghai and worried I wouldn't have enough time, so I requested a cancellation, but the hotel didn't agree. However, I still managed to get to the airport on time. When I checked in at the front desk, I paid an extra 60,000 KRW in cash to upgrade my room. The price difference I paid was more than what was shown on the platform. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the Olle Market and boasts beautiful ocean views. The facilities are brand new and complete."
"Small but perfectly formed, this place is spotless. They offer 24-hour luggage storage, and there's a 7-Eleven right on the second floor. Olle Market is just a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach Lee Jung Seob Street in about 10 minutes on foot. Public transport is also incredibly convenient."
"If you come to en event @Jeju World Cup Stadium, this is one of the convenient hotel. The location is close and the neighborhood also nice to get foods and drinks. Nice place for the Jeju Ultra Trail Marathon"
"We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The beds and linen are good, and the service was nice.
That said, the facilities are white old as are the rooms. Only one bath towel is provided per room (though they were nice and gave us a second one). The bathroom works well but is also quite old.
Of course, the price is really good, and if you are out all day sightseeing these details don't really matter. If you want to spend much time in the room or on the roof though, Id think again.
For us, it worked well and I'd go back because of the price.
We didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on it."
"If you're on a business trip and just need to sleep like me, I highly recommend it.
There are several delicious restaurants nearby, and they're surprisingly delicious and excellent. These are the only photos I have of them;;
For your information, I was staying with a soccer team at the time, so I couldn't eat at the hotel."
"Hotel is clean and quite spacious. U have to pass ur car key to counter because they don’t have enough parking and management will help to park your car. Can wash your laundry at B1 which is a plus. Overall is a good hotel with the price paid. Hotel location is good near to Olle Market and food street."
"This was my favorite hotel during my 9-day trip to Jeju Island, and surprisingly, it was also the cheapest. English communication was smooth, and the environment was great. Although transportation to tourist spots wasn't very convenient, the surrounding area was very modern. It perfectly met my child's expectations for Korea, and the shopping experience was excellent."
"This hotel is a perfect last stop for your Jeju trip. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Lee Jung-seop Art Gallery, Jeongbang Waterfall (inside Seobok Park), and Olle Market. Right outside the hotel entrance, to your left, you'll find the terminal for bus route 600, offering direct service to both the city center and the airport.
As an older 5-star hotel, the facilities are a bit dated but reasonably well-maintained.
If you head towards the sea from the large lawn, then turn left, there's a restaurant serving delicious Samgyetang and seafood hotpot. Turn right from the lawn, and a two-minute stroll along the coastal boardwalk leads to another beachfront cafe, perfect for snapping photos on a sunny day.
A word of caution: Do NOT eat at the black pork BBQ restaurant right by the hotel entrance; the pork had a strong, unpleasant, urine-like smell.
This hotel is ideal for guests looking to relax and recharge for a couple of days in the Seogwipo area before heading back home. Dining options aren't particularly convenient, and there isn't a convenience store right outside. (Photos p5-p8 showcase the restaurant on the left and the cafe on the right, both located by the sea.) The hotel's beachfront area is also stunningly beautiful!"
"Location was great. Airport bus stop is just right opposite the hotel. Great sea view. Walking distance to olive young and night market. CU and compose coffee just right beside and a mini mart at the lobby where you can cook your own ramyeon!
Abit of stains in the room. But spacious enough!"
"clean hotel with a REALLY comfortable bed and a great view of the ocean, located in the center of Seogwipo about a 10-15 minute walk from the Olle Market. They also had a small kitchen area with free breakfast where you could also cook with their pots/pans as well as a washer/dryer that closed at 11pm. Only thing is the service wasn't very good: even when we requested the room to be made up, they didn't make the bed at all (not necessarily asking for new sheets, just for the bed to made), only providing water and fresh towels and taking out the trash. But overall great stay; they also had free parking for guests."

BBepis Boi UltraSimply lovely. We arrive at the hotel via car, and the check-in was smooth. Even though our room is mountain view, its actually quite nice, as the hotel seem to be surrounded by nearby farms. The location of the hotel is pretty isolated but its not an issue. Just a short walk from here and you can see the beautiful coastline of South Jeju. Our rooms were also provided with Nestle Dolce Gusto Machine, which my mum was excited about as we tried its Lemonade and Ice Peach Tea. The breakfast buffet was really good and had beautiful views of the seaside, together along with the pool.

EExpatI really liked the property of the venue. I came to the area later in the day because it was raining on the island. Because I was in the midst of a circle around the island, I had already dealt with a rain storm at the folk Village and just needed to eat or clean up. I needed tea and a space to relax.
There’s a plaza about five minutes walking from this property, and some of the amenities were closed at Playce when I arrived. I was also told at check-in that it was more like a hostel. The check-in process was fast. The room space is very small, but the design of the hotel rooms is neat and functional. Unfortunately, there’s no luggage rack, and there are limited hours for the café, laundry, play, and bar restaurant. I had two suitcases, so I used my bed and a MacGyver way to set the carry-on.
I think this place is best suited for remote workers who are minimalists or trekkers/bikers. I still think the concept of Playce is unique. However, I wanted to go see the sunrise on the Ilchulbong hike and there’s no breakfast early in the morning. The coffee shop is not open until later either. The restaurant opens promptly at dinner time. The shop has very nice branded things, but I chose to purchase a couple of basic souvenirs. I felt a sense of hipster basically. Otherwise, the place is great. Price is best.
Although the staff was very friendly and had lots of information, I do not feel that describing the venue as a hostel was appropriate. If I cannot get my tea or coffee when the popular attraction nearby is a 40 minute walk away or a five minute taxi, then I should at least have the option that a hostel does. This means I had to utilize the coffee that I took from the previous hotel in order to make my morning start the best at sunrise..
It was suggested that I go to a restaurant locally across the street by Starbucks at the 4pm check-in since the restaurant was not open until 6 PM. Even if I had my own snacks, the option I had was to use the hot water machine downstairs. Thinking back to a hostel, I did not have the hostel kitchen. The laundry was available if needed though.
What I liked about this Playce despite the fact that it was a rainy day is the feature of the stage in the middle of the property and the fact that they do events locally on a regular basis. I liked the interior decorating and I did like the fact that they had a library/remote workers room.
The food at the restaurant was delicious. When I did get to eat breakfast later in the morning after the hike (the hike spot had local shops), it was really good. When the café did eventually open, it was a very nice space. Food service literally saved my opinion late in the morning.
I like the concept of the whole property and feel that it can do better in accommodating the hotel guests, especially when it is a Chinese holiday revolving around an upcoming Korean holiday. Hours of operation are not in sync with travelers, and it is definitely not with hostel amenities. It’s a hotel. I stayed at this location because of the price and vibe which was quite fine after 6pm. I really enjoyed the hike and the small village near the shore.

HHong YiThe hotel is located 20mins away from Mt Hallasan. A good place to stay at after a long day of hiking, where we can soak in the jacuzzi that fits two pax. Kitchenware was provided for those who wishes to cook, and towels were hung outside the door if staying for more than one night.

AAnonymous UserFirst day we arrived we check-in at this hotel, the photos that is shown in their page ain’t really what you get photos are much nicer, but at the end of the days we are tourist we don’t spend that much of our times in the hotel room, apart from that the hotel is close to Main Street and all the tourist spot, so at the end of the day it is a great place to live for tourist, not giving it a really bad review due to the great location it is plus it has parking.

SSuduiduiEnvironment: The hotel is located in Seogwipo, with plenty of restaurants nearby, though not in a bustling city center.
Cleanliness: Quite clean.
Facilities: The room has a refrigerator. The bed is extremely small, much smaller than a twin room in China. If the weather is good and you're lucky, you can see the sea when you open the window in the morning, which is quite pleasant.
Service: The service is truly disappointing. This hotel seems incredibly stingy. A toothbrush costs 1500 won, and upon checking the production date, it turned out to be from 2012—13 years ago! There's a coffee machine next to the microwave in the lobby. I just wanted to use the microwave to heat up some sausages, and when I walked towards it, the receptionist said the coffee cost several thousand won! So stingy! And if you need a comb, that's an extra charge! 😂
GGuest UserA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great; it's right across from a 7-Eleven, and the daily market is just a 10-minute walk away. Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. They suggested parking in the free lot on the slope, but there were no spots available. In the end, the hotel arranged an off-site parking space for us (perhaps because we had an SUV). So, parking truly is limited.

GGuest UserGetting here from the city center involves taking bus 510 and then about a ten-minute walk. However, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring attractions near Seogwipo. They offer luggage storage, even utilizing a disused restaurant space specifically for this. The sea view rooms are well-located; I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for the best views, as my room was on the fifth. The room itself was just average; it felt quite cramped with two suitcases opened, and the plush carpet looked a bit tired. The bathroom had a shower, which I actually liked as it's quite uncommon in Jeju. There's an infinity pool on the 7th floor, though it does incur an extra charge. While the front desk staff's English was passable, most communication was still in Korean. Overall, it felt like a domestic budget hotel with a sea view, which is understandable given the price point.

GGuest UserFacilities: There is a refrigerator in the room. The shower facilities in the room have sufficient water pressure, but the disposable slippers are very thin.
Health: OK
Environment: The soundproofing is average. People in the corridor can hear it, but the surrounding area is quite quiet at night.
The main reason is that it is relatively close to the ICC Convention Center. It can be reached in about ten minutes on foot, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. It's very convenient for meetings, but there are few restaurants around and the convenience store has to be some distance away.
BBoyscout76Let me start with one thing: with a ”touch of young blood”.
First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju)
From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport)
Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms.
Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space.
Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry.
The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience.
This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS.
Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here.
