"My arrival at the hotel didn’t go so smoothly. I initially booked two nights but was not sure about the transfer arrangements on Fridays to the airport. My modification to one day was done well over a week in advance but when I got to the hotel they were asking me to pay some taxes for the day I cancelled. They also were charging me for the speedboat transfer, not confirming with me first if I took their boat or not. My check in was a little later than 2pm and I’d been waiting since 12:00 or so as I took the 10:45am speed boat to the hotel. The room was good but no one is based at that specific hotel you have to eat your meals and request services from the other hotel branches. If they did their admin well, then holiday would’ve went smoothly."

"To be honest, i was taken back a bit as this was my 1st stay in mafushi. The service level and overall hospitality was much better in other islands like guraidhoo and sun siyam resort. The girl who hosted us seemed a bit unfriendly the towels were not clean. But overall the room was good for the price. They have a nice interior of the hotel and relaxing zone is also quite nice. You can sit there chill read a bit. There was moonlight cafe right next to the hotel and its open until 2am. The area is also quite nice as its on the main street right at the end."
