"This hotel is very knowledgeable and helpful. They take you to get documents sorted like the Fiscalia, and it’s walkable distance to a lot of food places and Liverpool which is a very nice mall. They also have an iron to iron clothes and they provide you with water bottles. You can also wash your clothes, they only charge for the soap, they have printers you can use for a small charge. Everyone was very considerate and if you ask them anything they can tell you what you need and where to go. Thank you so much for a comforting stay."
