"Had a layover and I really enjoyed staying here. The room was nice and cosy, the hotel was clean and had a really nice vintage vibe which I loved. Everything in the room was provided really nicely. Also quite near to the airport and can easily Grab there. Will recommend!"

"This hotel is, hands down, my favorite accommodation option in Kuala Lumpur so far. I stay here almost every time I have a layover. 😄 It's getting more and more high-tech! From collecting your room key to the access control system, everything is automated. Plus, there's a 24-hour unmanned convenience store 🤖🏪 It was my first time experiencing this kind of 'browse and self-checkout' shop, and it felt like I was secretly doing business with a robot 😂 No queues, no rush to choose, and no staff hovering – just quiet, buy-as-you-please shopping. The future has truly checked into this hotel! 🌟 🔄 Convenient, simple, and fun 🕛 Spoils you 24/7 🍫 Even grabbing a snack feels like being cared for by technology What's even better – the front desk staff are incredibly enthusiastic! "The location was convenient and near to airport and also being close to the highway and restaurant just right below the hotel.  For the price, I felt it was worth it and decent deal, I’d stay here again look elsewhere next time recommend it for a short stay."

"When I booked this room, I didn't realise it wasn't a hotel. Getting keys and code was very difficult because there was no reception and it's a self-check in. There is security to help. It would have been easier if I could make phone calls or if I had WhatsApp. Eventually I was able to communicate via WeChat. The host was helpful and tried hard to help me given it was close to midnight by the time I was able to get into my room. The suite was big with a good view. It's an older room with some broken facilities. I took a while to figure out how to make the hot water work and turn on the air conditioner. There's a separate little button to push near the light switches. It was quite and I had a great sleep. There were many restaurants close by but they're mostly Chinese food. It's a 15min walk to a local area and that's mostly Pakistani Muslim food. I was able to have Malaysian food at the airport on my flight out."

"Dint inform earlier that the driver will late because of buka puasa. And inform me to wait 1.5hrs. At least, inform earlier then i may cancel the hotel booking. The location is really ntg at all, no food, no convenient store, no clinic. Though is cheap but still feel doest worth the price. And it is noise too, the whole night, i can hear few times at least 5 times, the door bang loudly."

"Stayed at Holiday Inn Sepang for a quick overnight transit. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and only a short drive from the airport — ideal for a layover. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, do note that the airport pickup service only operates between 5:45am and 9:00pm. If your flight arrives outside these hours, you’ll need to arrange your own transport. Overall, it’s a good and practical option for a short stay near KLIA, just plan your arrival time accordingly."
