However, the hotel has been experiencing system issues lately, which caused noticeable confusion at the reception. During my stay, there were some unfortunate cases where guests were refused check-in due to booking or system-related errors. This kind of hiccup can be quite stressful, especially after a long journey. The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a good location, Lazenda can still be an option — just be sure to double-confirm your booking directly with the hotel before arrival until they sort out their system problems."

"Very spacious, very clean. Furniture was nice and sturdy, looked new. Cleaning was impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay. The TV was nice and modern with streaming services. The location was very convenient, lots of shops around. The washing machine and cutlery were nice and clean. Only negative was night club sounds can be heard on some nights."

"The room was sizeable and came with a proper table for work. Toilet door unable to close. Shower head leaking. Bottled water was provided daily. The dust from aircon unit got onto the bed though it can clean away. No elevator though room is at level 2 for my case."

The location is good and near enough to the Financial Park area to be able to walk if you need to, but by grab it's only about 5 minutes away. The hotel is also close to several good eating options, as well as 24/7 corner stores like 7-Eleven. The hotel staff were very friendly and the internet connection was strong enough for streaming and live online meetings. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would not mind staying here again. Keep in mind, this is more in line for budget-conscious people looking for a quick place to stay that is safe and clean. It does not offer the services of more premium hotels on the island, such as breakfast or a pool."
