GGuest UserA nice hotel just above Tiara Beach. Swiss chalet styles rooms which are spacious and have nice air conditioning. Beautiful veranda to sit out on and have a drink and watch the native birds. Nice bathroom with bathtub. Good functional air conditioning.
Nice welcome on arrival and allowed to check in early . Hotel was very busy as it was a holiday. The main reason for my choosing this hotel was our previous experience of their Chinese fine dining restaurant - unfortunately that is closed for renovation until 2026. This restaurant was one of the finest in Labuan. The main restaurant is adequate nevertheless.
10 minutes to Victoria town centre by Grab but nice rural setting. We explored the beach which was pleasant. Great stay - would return.

AAnonymous UserThe location is convenient and the facilities are generally good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The property was mentioned by owner as having 4 rooms, but one of the rooms was being used as a storeroom, leaving only 3 usable rooms.
The biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and uncomfortable due to the weak water flow.
Overall, the place has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room arrangement and water pressure issues need improvement to provide a better guest experience.
