"1. The hotel is well-equipped with a swimming pool, gym, kids' club, bar, meeting rooms, and a restaurant.
2. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help.
3. The location isn't ideal; we had to make a long U-turn every time we drove out.
4. My only complaints are that the air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted, and the swimming pool faces a cemetery."
"The toilet so so, since it's been many years cannot expect much.
The PC were great, the gaming chair or the bed I not sure might have bedbugs? We were all bitten up.
Their in room service for food will send to the room but not 24/7.
When ordering grabfood, the driver cannot send up to the room, must go to the counter.
They have all the games we wanted to play which is great.
They don't have TV if there is PC in the room. No fridge as well.
Overall experience was still good.
Thank you for letting us to checkout late."
"Room Condition:
The hotel is quite old and a bit rundown, so it’s understandable that the furniture is also aged. The table lamp/study light looked worn out and could use some maintenance.
Service:
Check-in at the front desk was smooth, but we faced an issue with the TV in our room. We couldn’t watch any channels at all. At first, we thought it might be due to the weather, but the TV in my parents’ room worked fine. We scanned the QR code to request assistance and received only “Noted” as a response. We sent two messages and got the same reply both times. Since there was no follow-up, we went to the front desk to report it in person, but unfortunately, no action was taken until we checked out. That was quite disappointing.
Car Park:
Try to avoid parking directly under the trees, as there are quite a lot of weaver ants around the area.
Breakfast Buffet:
The breakfast buffet was okay. The kurma chicken tasted more like ayam ungkep, which was a bit misleading, but I actually loved it since I really like ayam ungkep."
"The bathroom and toilet were in the same place, but there was no hot water. I booked a twin room, but they said there were none available, so I was given a double room instead."
"Close to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris. Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back."
"The place was kept clean with floors cleaned.
The towels look so blackish when it is supposed to be white. Lots of black stains. They should change the towels every 3 months. Oh gosh. The cups so yellow. Cleaner never clean properly. See already oso scared.
The bed is so hard.
The shower stand is so rusty.
Service is absolutely prompt and good!!!
Fan is not working in one of the rooms."
