"Great accommodation, free coffee was not working, when I asked reception they told me to ask the cleaning staff and then the cleaning staff asked me to ask reception so it did not fix it.
Had an outstanding staff member, an Ukraine girl, who I found very welcoming and helpful!
In this hotel it is not 420 friendly cannot smoke ******** outside but can smoke it 50 meters around the corner."
"It’s the best hotel with very reasonable price in Amsterdam.
As we rent a car, it’s super convenient that hotel providing a carpark just in front of hotel.
Though it required parking fee, it’s very reasonable and affordable!
The breakfast buffet from hotel is super yummy with many choices.
Hotel shuttle provides us a ride from airport which we are definate appreciated but just every 30 min is bit long!
We really enjoyed a lot during our stay!"
"It’s fantastic, I’ve had a blast the moment I stepped into the door. The beds are incredibly comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is amazing. The ceilings are high, the room is clean, and the bathtub was delightful. Customer service also did great and made the process easy."
"The single rooms are small and the double rooms are ok. The equipment is simple and the price is cheap. The hotel in the town is very quiet. Bring your own restaurant, breakfast is not expensive, the boss is very enthusiastic, so overall it is okay"

"It was good hotel, feel save, have an excellent coffee machine with cofee, nice views from windows, everywhere was clean, reception was nice too. But it is located far from city centre and airport, which was a bit uncomfortable since everytime I travel to city centre. But their option of free bus shuttle from airport to hotel was beneficial."
"There are way better hotels around the airport.
We were a family of 3 traveling, and so we booked a room for 3. When we arrived in the room, the sofa bed was out, but there were no sheets in it. We called reception to get sheets. A lady came and made the bed. But only when she had left we realized she hadn't put a cover in the bed. We called again and somehow came with a cover.
When it was time to have a shower, there were only 2 towels (and by the way, no small towels at all). For a third time, we had to call, and this time, ask them for a towel.
The bathroom was pretty old and rundown. There was a big carack on the floor, painting coming off in the shower and mold stains.
Apart from that, the room and bathroom were spacious.
The next day, we left in the morning and came back at 5 pm. The room had still not been cleaned, so we called reception to get it done. Straight after that, we left. When we came back later, someone had been there to clean. There were clean towels, but they had also left the dirty ones. What's more, they hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor.
Dogs are welcome, so that's a big plus. And there's a beautiful grassy area with a pond, just beside the hotel. Perfect for walking them.
Parking is available but it's rather expensive.
We wanted to do a late check-out in the afternoon, as we had two dogs and a boy with us. It would have been much easier for them to stay in the hotel while we were doing our business in Amsterdam until 4 pm.
So we called around midnight and asked reception if it would be possible to check out at that time, at an extra cost. She said it depends if the hotel is fully booked, in which case we can't and that we have to call back at 7.30am.
So at 7.30, we called and were told that they are fully booked so impossible to get a late check-out. Which means that between midnight and 7.30 in the morning, they got fully booked... I suppose it's possible, but it felt more like they were not willing to help.
The boy and the dogs spent their day waiting for us in a café.
I wouldn't go back to this hotel as we had a bad experience. We expected better from Radisson."
"Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Max 10 mins from the airport. Free airport shuttle is available to the hotel and from the hotel to airport. Roma are very clean and big. Loved a room freshener smell in the room. Bathroom is also clean. Right across the the road there is a McDonald which is very good option for anyone. Will visit again."
"i enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops).
when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel.
the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle?
it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey"
