Welcome to our home! We are Mahsa and Sam, passionate hosts who love creating comfortable and memorable experiences for travelers. NOTE: This is our primary residence, so we live in the house as well. Guests will share common areas, including the kitchen and dining area, with us and potentially other guests. The space Our house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a playground for your children just 10 seconds away. It takes less than 10 minutes drive with personal car or public transportation to both downtown and Moa shopping center. The house itself features two comfortable bedrooms for our guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with an extensive balcony. There is free parking available on the premises for one car. NOTE: We would like to inform you that we will be sharing the common areas with our guests, as this is our primary residence. Guest access Our guests have access to the booked bedroom, upstairs bathroom, kitchen, dining table, balcony, and allocated parking spot. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwashe, oven, airfryer, all kitchenware and kitchen utensils are among the amenities provided for your convenience and comfort during your stay. Guests also have access to a nearby lake and hiking trails. During your stay Guests can reach us via Airbnb messaging or using the phone numbers we will provide them after booking is confirmed.
