"Lovely clean hotel. Very nice food. Customer service at reception upon arrival was not brilliant - maybe some better staff induction would be helpful. Ended up having to pay twice for parking as we weren’t told about the parking garage underneath with charging points until a new staff member in the morning. Otherwise a lovely stay. The spa and pool facilities are additional cost too which we didn’t realise was the norm for Norway!"

"Opposite the town center is the supermarket, the key can be returned in the mailbox at the door to self-service self-service, it is very convenient. Large room, public balcony can see snowy mountains"
