What I would recommend the hotel to do: Provide 2 bottles of water just once in the beginning of a stay and then have the guests fill their bottles themselves at a water dispenser. That would be good for the environment and it would save costs for the hotel.

In addition to the good location, there is no price/performance ratio. The main reason is that there is no hot water, and the staff always turns off the power supply from the indoor control switch from the outside of the corridor. And did not understand Chinese.

We stayed at this Resort in last week of March 2022. The property is clean, very good service, warm and friendly people. And efficiently manage the various safaris. Post Covid, they are still working with limited staff, but put in lot of effort. The rooms, pool, garden. Every thing is clean and well maintained. Wifi is pretty good Very pleasant stay with family. Located close to the market, and cultural centers.

We stayed in rainbow one month because this place was perfect for us. Rainbow resort has everything you expect for your travel; an amazing garden with a lot of trees, the most kind service you can recieve in Sauraha, the most conveniet environment and so tasty food. Feeling gratefull and very happy for having the opportunity to stay here. Many thanks to all the people who work here and for the trea**ent who I recieved.
