Outstanding

BBernard VoonThe resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel. The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source. The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable. Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service. Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.

WWoxianghaorenIt's a little hard to find, but otherwise it's pretty good, and the food is cheap. But you have to bargain with the boss for many things. We came here from China on motorcycles.

GGuest UserA super heart-warming hotel, everyone is very enthusiastic. The little brother at the front desk accompanies us to every scenic spot, watches the show at night, and waits at the door to pick us up to the hotel. In the afternoon, he is in the rape field to help us take pictures and catch the early flight in the morning. He also helped us cook and prepare breakfast in advance, and when we left, they all arrived to send us off, and we cried many times when we were touched.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was satisfactory considering the price. The service provided not only accommodation, but also various tours, bus arrangements, and meals. The friendly staff gave us lots of information about the tour and the local area. I took a bus to Souraha, but they also dropped me off at the bus stop, which was about a 20 minute walk. The room felt clean. There was no hot water, but it was a hot season so it wasn't a problem. If you pointed it out to the staff, they might have taken care of it. It had air conditioning. It's a few minutes walk from the downtown area, and it's a bit lonely at night, but I think it's tolerable.
