"The room is only 12 sq.m, but cozy, clean, and comfy, and these are the most important for me, there's a hairdryer, bidet, 4 pillows and complete toiletries that made us more comfortable as a travel. definitely we will comeback again."

"The room was spacious and modern. It came with a free buffet breakfast which was awesome. The only concern was the AC, with it being a old window type, the room was not considerably cold at 19 deg C and was a little too loud when sleeping."

"The hotel was so accommodating and helpful. We booked the large room because in the app it says there’s 2 king beds in it. As a group of 3 we were beyond excited thinking we would have so much space. We were disappointed to find out it’s only one king bed and there’s no way we can have additional bed due to the restrictive space of the room. Thankfully the medium room has 2 full size beds and the attending staff suggested it to us. Although it’s a downgrade, the room didn’t feel like it at all. It was still roomy and spacious and didn’t make us feel claustrophobic compared to the large nest. It doesn’t make sense, but the medium is bigger than the large 😆😅. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. They really compensated us and didn’t charge for the extra meal since only 2 meals were supposedly included in the booking."

"L'Fischer's location is very ideal for those on the go. Hotel staff are very courteous and respectful, apart from doing an extra mile to be helpful - you always get a good smile. Food and restaurant service is exceptional. I will definitely book at this hotel each time I travel to Bacolod."

"Reasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere."

However, if you and your family would like something else, there are a lot of other options in the vicinity. What made the stay even more worthwhile was the customer service - friendly and attentive staff. Everyone always greets and smiles so that's an extra point. "A very homely and loving hotel filled with very hospitable and friendly staff. Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants shopping malls (SM) and many eateries. Few staff are exceptional in their service rendered. They are Alexandra Diose and Dijordan who have made my stay more enjoyable and memorable.
