HONEYMOON EXPERIENCE"
"Impecable service, everything clean, delicious food, everything I want in a short business trip. Because of its location, no traffic to and from airport, too."
"What an amazing stay it was! Imagine sinking into a luxurious bed at the end of a thrilling day, followed by the mouthwatering delights of a delectable buffet to kickstart another unforgettable morning. Plus, with neighboring hotspots like Starbucks, Calea, and Bongbong’s just a stone's throw away, the excitement never ends!"
"Our 3-night stay at this hotel was truly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, professional, and always willing to help. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality ensured that our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. It is clear that the staff takes great pride in providing outstanding service, and we are very grateful for their efforts. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and professional experience."
"It was our first time staying. The bar and the breakfast was nice. There is a swimming pool and gym room.
It is very nice. The only thing is our room is next to the main street. It is very noisy. Otherwise, all is well."
"The hotel was so accommodating and helpful. We booked the large room because in the app it says there’s 2 king beds in it. As a group of 3 we were beyond excited thinking we would have so much space. We were disappointed to find out it’s only one king bed and there’s no way we can have additional bed due to the restrictive space of the room. Thankfully the medium room has 2 full size beds and the attending staff suggested it to us. Although it’s a downgrade, the room didn’t feel like it at all. It was still roomy and spacious and didn’t make us feel claustrophobic compared to the large nest. It doesn’t make sense, but the medium is bigger than the large 😆😅. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. They really compensated us and didn’t charge for the extra meal since only 2 meals were supposedly included in the booking."
"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive specially Cindy in the restaurant she give her excellent service , the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, and everything was well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
"Reasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere."
"I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, and overall, it was an OK experience. The breakfast buffet was great—surprisingly good for an ”inn” since it felt more like a hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to SM Bacolod, which made everything accessible.
A couple of minor inconveniences: you have to refill your own water bottle, which isn’t a huge deal but still worth noting. Also, when we first went for breakfast, they mistakenly insisted that I had only paid for two people, which was a bit frustrating. And finally, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, which could be a disaster depending on your situation—definitely not ideal!
Despite these small hiccups, it was a decent stay. Would I come back? Maybe. If they fix the bathroom door, then sure!"

Very Good
GGuest UserOur stay was nice. The service is good. The locations is good because its near a road leading to The Ruins where we visited. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has four ulam choices and coffee.
JJoseph Carlito JrEverything was good but it was a bit noisy because my room was on the top corner in front on the hotel. Some very time there's a vehicle passing by especially a tricycle, I can hear the noise of the engine. I would highly recommend to book a room on the backside of the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in the downtown area making it very accessible to the different go to places in the City like malls, restaurants, stores selling local food products, even the parks where one can stroll and enjoy the local delicacies. Transportation available are tricycles, jeepneys, and modern mini buses. Grab cars are also easily bookable.
The hotel is 35 years old so the interior is expectedly dated but surprisingly well-maintained. The employees are very accommodating and polite making the stay truly relaxing.
There are weekend activities at the poolside, namely acoustic night on Fridays and a DJ playing music favorites from different eras on Saturdays. I think these events can attract more customers if they are advertised well in the hotel and its vicinity.
TTaehyungshieThe place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful.
The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks.
We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access.
Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand.
P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.
NNicethorI recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable—peaceful and relaxing. However, I did notice that some tiles on the flooring were detached, which slightly affected the overall impression of the room.
I hope this information helps with your maintenance efforts. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
GGuest UserIt is a cost-effective accommodation, and its biggest advantage is that you can stay overnight.
Being able to stay overnight for a few hours before departure during your trip can be a huge advantage.
