GGuest UserFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

AAnonymous UserClean rooms, friendly staff, and a great kids’ playroom. The breakfast buffet is my favorite part ❤️ kudos to their chef! Despite all the amenities, the price is very reasonable. Excellent service, quality experience, and I love their gym too! 2nd time and wanna come back again ❤️

GGuest UserA very homely and loving hotel filled with very hospitable and friendly staff. Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants shopping malls (SM) and many eateries. Few staff are exceptional in their service rendered. They are Alexandra Diose and Dijordan who have made my stay more enjoyable and memorable. Overall all the staff have done a very good job with their service oriented approach and mindset throughout my stay from 25Dec24 to 04Jan25 ( 10 nights ) .

GGuest UserOur stay was nice. The service is good. The locations is good because its near a road leading to The Ruins where we visited. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has four ulam choices and coffee.

The hotel kind a look run down. It needs a major update compare to the hotel next door where you have to go to for checking in. The room we had the door smart lock card was not working so we have to move to another room due to lock issue.

JJoseph Carlito JrEverything was good but it was a bit noisy because my room was on the top corner in front on the hotel. Some very time there's a vehicle passing by especially a tricycle, I can hear the noise of the engine. I would highly recommend to book a room on the backside of the hotel.

AAnonymous UserCleaniless needed to improved. Amenities a bit lacking, AC was cool enough but never cold even with the highest setting. But the location is central which made it accessible to most places you wanna visit and the staff are kind and accommodating.

CCharity MaeThe beds are ok but the room has a disgusting smell. The bathroom is filthy and smelly. The shower is broken. The staff are ok. The amenities are superb specially the pools. I think they really need to focus on cleanliness.
