GGuest UserFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkoutâeverything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience weâve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. Weâve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

AAnonymous UserSpent 2 nights here including new year'' eve. Got. Good viw of the city during the fireworks display. Rooms and hallways are very spacious. Linens and beds are comfy. Have discounts at luk foo. Got to use their pool as well. Good stay here for families. Kudos to the hotel workers who spent their new year at work!

GGuest UserThe hotel is still improving its facilities and is under renovation when I checked in. There is no hot and cold shower, no provision for shampoo and conditioner, but fragrant liquid bath soap are available in the bathroom The bottled water in the room is for sale but water dispensers are provided in each floor for guestsâ drinking consumption. Other supplies such as slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste are provided only upon request.Â
On the other hand, all hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast is satisfying with options to choose from- Filipino and/or American breakfast are available. The swimming pool is so inviting but due to rainy, cold weather situation during my stay, I was not able to feel the poolsâ water. đ

GGuest UserLocation is accessible and ideal for families and travellers. They have their own bar and cafe with varieties to choose from. However, if you and your family would like something else, there are a lot of other options in the vicinity.
What made the stay even more worthwhile was the customer service - friendly and attentive staff. Everyone always greets and smiles so that's an extra point. From front desk to housekeeping to the dining staff. Kudos Avenue Suites!

TTaehyungshieThe place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful.
The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks.
We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access.
Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand.
P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.
