"Room is clean ..There is no hot water and bidet is not working properly and shower is also not working ..AC is better .Overall, it is ok clean and comfortable..Location is also good and parking is good with nice friendly and respectful staffs in the Lobby and Parking area.. Definitely, Hotel Sogo is so clean and so good and the most budget friendly hotel."

"Place are very clean/modern than other branch,but service need more improvement! Why I say that? Because I ask then how many times to clean and change the bedsheets but we are just waiting for nothing, The reception who sent my passport in my room I really appreciate it. "Our stay in Tagaytay was overall very enjoyable. The hotel offers absolutely stunning views of the lake, which was the highlight of our visit. The spaces are comfortable and well laid out, with a large pool perfect for relaxing. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, and the bell service was a very nice touch. We also appreciated the play area, which makes the property especially convenient and family-friendly. On the downside, some of the furniture felt a little dated, and the response time when calling reception was not always as quick as expected. Still, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience. A great option in Tagaytay if you’re looking for comfort, beautiful views, and a family-oriented atmosphere."

"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained."

"The room was clean and smells good. Bath towels prepared and bedsheets were freshly changed. We had a beautiful view of fog in the morning too. The unit owner was responsive and Ms. Mylene (caretaker) assisted us to check in and made sure everything was working well. We had some issues with the slow internet but we were able to fix it. We recommend this unit for your staycation. My sister and I enjoyed our stay. Will rebook again."

"The hotel is a little old but has plenty of space. The floor was sticky because they cleaned they should have washed with water to remove the floor cleaner. The shower had hot water, which was a bonus because the description did not include hot 24 hours a day."

"The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible. My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room 😂.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Hoping next time you will have a heated pool 😊 The overall experience was good. We will be back again."

"The location was perfect next to malls and restaurants. Nice amenities with a pool and ping pong table. Bed was nice and big. Free breakfast was just okay but rice was too wet. But overall good experience."

"Taal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel."

"Had a nice and relaxing stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a short getaway. However, I do hope the bathroom cleanliness can be improved a bit more. Also, it would be great if the lobby had more comfortable seating for guests waiting to check in. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would consider staying again."
