"We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. They even offered free shuttle ride from the airport during our arrival. Shower doesn’t have hot water but still manageable. No refrigerator inside the room. They give out free bottled water daily. Overall, would recommend."

"We booked  at the very last minute and im happy that we choose The Marison Hotel located in the prime city of Legazpi . Rooms are spacious and clean and i really love the bed….its very clean, soft and big, felt like sleeping at home.  The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. Food was superb and restaurant’s service was excellent. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay, we will highly recommend The Marison Hotel to others."

"It's our second time there. The place is a friendly visit. It is accessible to all nearby malls and tourist spots. Simple but clean. The front desk was friendly and very accommodating. They are also trustworthy and approachable.. I will definitely book again there. Cheaper but eco-friendly and budget rooms for all."

"The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days."

"Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems. Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only."

"this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station."

"Our flight was early in the morning, so we arrived at the Inn at 8 am. 1. We opted for early check in (Php100/hour) 2. But since the room type that we booked was not available, we paid for the room difference so we could rest (upgraded from double room to family room). Cons: 1. The upgraded room had no bottled waters. In the evening of our second day, I saw one of the staff distributing bottled waters to a room with newly arrived guests. When I asked where are our bottled waters, the staff said we are supposed to received upon first night check in. I told the staff that we didn’t receive, the staff didn’t provide for our room, and just said that we can get from the water dispenser downstairs. 2. The blanket was so thin, it was as thin as the sheets NOT suitable for an airconditioned room. 3. A glass of hot water (for coffee/hot drinks/noodles purposes) costs Php5. 4. The hallway was not clean, dusty and with fallen leaves/flowers from the potted plants. 5. The shower hose leaks, we’ve been to two different rooms— but it was the same case both shower hoses were leaking so the water pressure was slow. 6. The bathroom water drains very slowly. In the two different rooms we’ve been to, it is the same case. We were assigned to two different rooms on the second level. 7. The compound has signages that it is a no-smoking zone— but it is not true. They allow guests to smoke inside. (See picture) 8. Not enough parking spaces inside. So our car was parker outside and in the adjacent lot. Pros: 1. Clean sheets, pillow cases/ covers. Excellent white and smells clean. We also see how they diligently iron all their sheets. 2. Spacious family room. The double room was just right. It’s a bit tight for a family (with a kid) especially if you have luggages."
