ķķķThe location was so good. If you walk a little, there are banks and park cathedrals, so it's okay to go and see them and it's safe. The staff are so kind and listen to your requests. When I asked where to go and whether there was a jifree in the morning, he told me without any blockage and arrived at my destination immediately after leaving the room šš

čµčµThe big bed room is very comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and hygienic, and the attitude of the waiters is also very good. There are many shopping malls located around the downtown area within walking distance (for example: sm). The price/performance ratio is very high. And the hot water in the hotelās bath is very fast. And the pillows are also very textured. For people like me who stay in hotels for a long time, itās really goodš

GGuest UserI don't know if it's the off-season, but I feel the service is not very good. The normal check-in time is 14:00, but I checked in early because of my flight. Although the hotel let us check in, they didn't tell us that there would be an extra charge until we checked out. They charged an extra 600 pesos. And the room was not cleaned every day.

NNatalia_ekbFriendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away.
Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty.
