RRubenThis is my 3rd time to book this property. I liked very much the location very near to all spots I need for my quick visit in the area. Access to my assigned room is very accessible even if there is no staff was there to assist me when I arrived and came late.

赖赖The big bed room is very comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and hygienic, and the attitude of the waiters is also very good. There are many shopping malls located around the downtown area within walking distance (for example: sm). The price/performance ratio is very high. And the hot water in the hotel’s bath is very fast. And the pillows are also very textured. For people like me who stay in hotels for a long time, it’s really good👍

NNatalia_ekbFriendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away.
Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty.

张张The hotel is at a normal level, there is no elevator, the luggage is a little tired, the breakfast is a package type, the air conditioner is a little super at night, and the free shuttle service is very good.

442geIt's OK, just a normal youth hostel. There are towels but no hot water for showering, no hair dryer, and slippers. Did you ask for one that looks like it's been weathered?

OoregonAverage. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. Water then turned brown in both the toilet and the sink, the shower stayed clean. Checked out 3 days later with water still leaking and dirty.

GGuest UserFamily room is only good for 3 adullt oerson ..if you have children with with you above 4th in height they will ask for additional payment of 400 hundred pesos each.. This rules should have been mentioned beforehand during booking time...tnx!

JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
